What’sur field office? Have you got medical rfe before this?

Hi all 360+ 485 filled in Feb 2018 360 approved July 2022 Medical rfe from Chicago jan 2023 Responded Feb 2023 no reply since then I’m looking for reliable lawyer to file mandamus in Chicago area. Please advise

applied vawa+ 485 on Feb 2018. got 360 approved on July 2022 then 485 moved to Chicago fo. I got medical on jan 2023 and responded feb 2023. silence since then. I went to Chicago fo yesterday and asked status. they said they received medical rfe but no officer is assigned to check my docs and they kept aside. I asked if they can expididite they said no. any suggestion what to do now? is there anyway I can request to expedite process? If yes what docs I should to submit?

Hi all I did congressman inquiry and got this reply Jan 5 2023.my case is from Kansas City field office not sure why it went to Chicago field office. “”background”” originally field vawa and 485 on jan 2018 vawa approved on July 25 2022 congressman inquiry 1. Application is in nbc on Aug 2022 485 finger print applied on Oct 2022 congressman inquiry 2. Further review from officer in Chicago (attached) my questions as follows 1. is that normal for Kansas City field office going to Chicago field office for processing? 2. I heard if 485 goes to different field office then interview will be waived ? Is that true? 3. Should I check processing time for Kansas City or Chicago ? 4. the reply from uscis (attached) is that generic or I got something special ? please help

I’m not clear. have you got rfe? or your proactive and submitted medical even before they ask? also how to do you know ur file is in field office? my vawa was approved on July 2022 then couple days ago I got update saying finger prints are taken. I did lot of inquiries but no reply from uscis. my field office is Jacksonville Florida. Do you think my case is already in field office?

Hi all my vawa got approved! Yaay I see my last name has extra character. checked even my last prima also has wrong name. I assume my first lawyer who applied 360 did mistake. 1. my 360 approval and c31 card also has wrong name. How can I get it fixed? 2. Do I need to return my current card? 3. how long this process will take again? 4. Do I need to pay any extra fee? 5. This will delay my 485 process? 6. C31 card was given for one year. I was expecting it to be two years. Any body recived 2 years? please help

Hi all, can we marry while vawa is pending? I read online it says no I talked to lawyer using lawfully app appointment he said yes it’s possible. I asked him how? He replied saying there is no where written that you can’t marry . I said online he said show me in uscis portal. I have no proof to show him.

Did you received any rfe ? And rejected after that ? One of my buddy got rejected too. He received letter saying his pakistan background check was missing. He then got background check from Pakistan consulate and appeal case. Then it was approved. Wait for letter it might be simple too.

Hi all i applied for reapplied ( expired in the ast) advance And it’s went to Nebraska service center pending from April 2021. I checked current processing time it says 16 months which Will be sep 2022. Is that normal for this much delay? Any one have similar waiting?
