If you have to refile, regarding your bills, there is a way to add c/o for your wife. I will try to send a pm to one of the members. It seems me that he wrote about it (lol).

What didn't she use the VWP? she had to apply for ESTA before traveling under the VWP.
I would have been easier.
Edit: now the question is can she still use the VWP with a denied tourist visa?
-
Is she already in USA?

If it's for France, they don't know what it's a credit score/report, it's 10000% a police report.

I never heard that they keep a passport.
Maybe you can call them and ask them to give you back the passport?
Do you know when they plan about giving it back to you?

heu, anybody can tell that they have no arrest, no violations. You need to provide a police record.
You have to provide A police record, whatever is on it or not, is up to USCIS or another entity to make their decision.

Be content with the temporary card, you overstayed your first visa.

Marry in us, she goes back to her country, and you fill out the forms.

She may not have occur a ban, most likely misused her visa and residing in USA. I don't know also how long is she able to stay in the US with her BBC card.
If she was able to go and go back so much time, I'm sure that she is not the only one to misuse this BBC/B1-B2 visa.
Who can know what is happening in the border?
I'm not at all an expert.

Darnell is a unisex name...but how do you know its a Ms?
From the messages, he talks about his wife (she)...so I think Darnell is a man.
Only a man can write so frequently on a forum AND be so factual.

huumm, I remember that I read long ago about your wife.
But regarding the house. I think that it's difficult to remember an adress where you don't live. It would have been easier for her to remember the adress of the house where she lives. And it's worse if she doesn't speak english.
For the biometric: it's rare but it happens.

Why didn't you move your fiance to another place in Peru? and file for a visa.

I am graduated from university with bachelor degree in Nursing Science (4 years after secondary school), and registered in my country Sudan as Registered Nurse (RN).
When I was filling up the DS260 online form, I came through this question, and answered As shown:
Yes OR Noand I answered with:
Yes
Explain
I AM A GRADUATE IN NURSING AND REGISTERED IN SUDAN AS A REGISTERED NURSE BUT NOT REGISTERED IN THE US YET.Here are my questions:
- Am I inadmissable to US becasue I hold no Labor Certificate {212( a )( 5 )( c ) }
- If I told them I am going to work as nurse after I obtain the license when I arrive to the US. will it help?
- Is there any way to change my answer to No?
Thanks in Advance
According to me the correct answer was 'yes', so you're right.

Nimh stands for Nickelmetal hydride and nicd stands for nickel cadmium. That's just what the battery is made of. Lithium ion is another type that is more common these days. However, they can all be interchangeable somewhat except for your case. What I mean by that is your charger is likely designed for nickel batteries if that's what you have. What's much more important for you is size (so it fits in the compartment) and voltage/amp output. I'm going to assume you don't know what this means or what your current battery is rated for and suggest you look for the battery model number and start searching eBay. Or find the rc car manufacturer/model number and call them to ask for a replacement battery.
Thanks, I don't have the charger, any notices. so i will have to buy a charger.
So if i buy my own charger (I will more likely buy one for nicd and nimh) , i can use either nimh or nicd battery. Is it correct?
Yeah i can see what kind of size (it's more likely a 9.6v) and voltage/amp (don't know, but will do more research)-
I have no battery model number also (bought it on a garage sale to a woman who didn't know anything about it, just that when her sons own it, the truck was working).
the rc manufacturer is even hard to find online (lol), but i'm gathering some infos.
thanks
