Hello,
My wife and I have stayed in several temporary Airbnb's and hotels in and out of the US. The longest was two and a half months. We are currently staying in one now that we will move out of in 4 weeks.
We were wondering:
a. Should we put the current Airbnb's as our physical address for i-131, i-765, etc.?
b. Should we list the past Airbnb's in the address history for i-485?
I was thinking of putting a note or something like that in the attachments to clarify. What do you think?

Hello,
I have a PO Box and I'm confused since there are separate sections for the physical address and the mailing address. Which of the following is the best?
- Mailing Address: My PO Box, Physical Address: My street address
- Mailing Address: My street address and PO Box
- Mailing Address: Just the street address or PO Box

Although last years tax return income is good, you will NOT qualify for “ current income” requirements if you are self-employed or in between temp jobs.
To qualify your self employed current income, you need to study and prepare the precise evidence required by USCIS , effectively requiring you to draft a profit and loss for the last 6 months and bank statements to back up deposits/ gross revenue-expenses….plus other requirements specific to your line of work…OR you won’t get past the RFE…so your business bank account is looked at as an operating account ( to prove self employed income ) and cannot be also included as an “asset “ .If you now have a new qualifying income W-2 job, then just provide paystubs and job letter…otherwise as @powerpuff advises, find a friend to go in as Joint Sponsor .
It is allowed, correct?
USCIS says to do a joint sponsor if you earn below the poverty requirement. I wanted to make sure that is also permissible to have a joint sponsor if you are above the poverty line.

Hello,
I make above the poverty guidelines in my last tax return, but I want to be extra safe as some of the income is from self-employment and temporary jobs. Is it okay to use a joint sponsor or use my assets in this case?
Thank you.

Does it include the first two digits or not?
My wife's K1 visa which she used to enter the states does not have these two digits in the "passport number" section, and neither does her DS-160. Did our lawyer make a mistake here? If so, would she need to correct it during the adjustment of status?
Thank you.

Hello, my fiancé is a Russian national and we have the choice of either shifting our case to Poland or Thailand. Russia's embassy is closed since March due to diplomatic disputes and this month they began moving all Russian cases to Poland. However, Thailand also accepted our request to transfer, and we aren't sure which is the best option.
We are leaning towards Thailand because she would not need a visa, and because there is probably a huge backlog from all the Russians moving their cases to Poland.

What did you write in Part 2, Item 54?
We both flew to the Dominican Republic and stayed at the Westin Punta Cana. I flew in on 8/10/18, and she flew in on 8/11/18 and we stayed until 8/17/18. A year later, we both met at St. Kitts and Nevis from 8/6/19 to 8/12/19. Most recently, I flew to Russia to meet Snezhana in several places and stayed there from 12/29/19 to 1/10/20.

There you go...
Do you think anything else is needed in the RFE?
4 hours ago, Greenbaum said:Just reply with your statement on how you met. Since you will reference the interpals.com website USCIS will ask for the TOS (terms of service) as USCIS wants to be sure it's not a pay for meeting or marriage arrangement site. Go to interpals.com website and download a copy of the TOS and include it in your "how we met" reply. Keep this simple as it is not required to send pages and pages of data.
Great idea! I'll make sure to do that!

Pictures don't do it. You must have submitted other evidence
We sent plane tickets, passport stamps and hotel bookings.

You have met in person, right?
Yes, but they didn't ask about that. We sent many pictures of our in-person meetings so I guess that was sufficient for them

I described it in three sentences
You got the same RFE? And you got approved? Nice!

I recieved an RFE in the mail today which required two things. First of all, some blank entries needed to be changed to N/A.
The more important (and worrying) part was as follows:
"Submit information regarding the circumstance which you and the beneficiary initially met to establish the relationship. For example, did you initially meet through friends, family, school, etc.? Did you know her before you came to the United States, if applicable? Did you meet the beneficiary upon her visit to the United States, if applicable? If you met online, submit the name of the website in which you met"
We met on a site called interpals.com, an international pen pals site, and we deleted our profiles long ago due to creeps. She has never been to the US and I never came to the US so the first two things do not apply to us, but the last one definitely does. Looking back, my i-129f has little to no info on how we actually met to begin the relationship. Is it okay to just describe the circumstances in detail but with no pictures or screenshots? I may be able to find screenshots if I look carefully but it's definitely a maybe.
Thank you guys so much
Airbnb/Hotel in physical address/address history?
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

Yes, we do. It would be better to use it as our physical address, correct?
