  1. Hello, My wife and I have stayed in several temporary Airbnb's and hotels in and out of the US. The longest was two and a half months. We are currently staying in one now that we will move out of in 4 weeks. We were wondering: a. Should we put the current Airbnb's as our physical address for i-131, i-765, etc.? b. Should we list the past Airbnb's in the address history for i-485? I was thinking of putting a note or something like that in the attachments to clarify. What do you think?
  2. Hello, I have a PO Box and I'm confused since there are separate sections for the physical address and the mailing address. Which of the following is the best? Mailing Address: My PO Box, Physical Address: My street address Mailing Address: My street address and PO Box Mailing Address: Just the street address or PO Box
  3. It is allowed, correct? USCIS says to do a joint sponsor if you earn below the poverty requirement. I wanted to make sure that is also permissible to have a joint sponsor if you are above the poverty line.
  4. Hello, I make above the poverty guidelines in my last tax return, but I want to be extra safe as some of the income is from self-employment and temporary jobs. Is it okay to use a joint sponsor or use my assets in this case? Thank you.
  5. Does it include the first two digits or not? My wife's K1 visa which she used to enter the states does not have these two digits in the "passport number" section, and neither does her DS-160. Did our lawyer make a mistake here? If so, would she need to correct it during the adjustment of status? Thank you.
  6. Hello, my fiancé is a Russian national and we have the choice of either shifting our case to Poland or Thailand. Russia's embassy is closed since March due to diplomatic disputes and this month they began moving all Russian cases to Poland. However, Thailand also accepted our request to transfer, and we aren't sure which is the best option. We are leaning towards Thailand because she would not need a visa, and because there is probably a huge backlog from all the Russians moving their cases to Poland.
