Right! I think no one knows at this point, we can only speculate if the third round will be added, and if so - when the decision will arrive. During the Facebook live session on Monday they were a little too ambiguous when asked about the timelines. But what I learnt observing the round 2 process - you should stay patient and manage your expectations. Hopefully we get some positive news by mid-March! 

Thank you everyone for their comments! We've been debating either to join or not for a week now - our case is at NVC but since January only so there is no 'unreasonable delay'. We actually almost paid but than I saw the tweet from Jeff and was a bit confused too  We decided to join regardless, 2K isn't that much for a chance to be with your loved one. It's just sad we had to go this way.. but oh well if it's the only way!
