Update, i went today and they let me do early biometrics, it was busy and i was lucky they accepted. I was there by 10:10 and left by 11.

I did a biometrics walk-in today in Phoenix. They were nice and they accepted, the guy by the door who was replacing the security guard at that time, had to call to ask them first if i was allowed to do it early. It was busy in there, i waitted about 45 mins. The same guy that was by the door, was the one who took my fingerprints and photo. Now, it's waitting time.

It works for me, i can see the case, hopefully you will be able to see it.

Some people get interviews, some not. It wont hurt if you keep gathering more evidence.

Hi, i wish i could go earlier. My next day off will be Thursday and i cant go before that day because of work. So i think you will go before me i see, if not i will let you know if they allow me to walk-in. Good luck

Yes, I did early biometrics in Phoenix in June. They prefer walk-ins on Wednesdays but they let me in on a Thursday with no problem.

I was thinking to go Thursday, because i have that day off. Thank you for the info.

I understand his situation, all what he can do now is just waitting, i know it's hard to be patient but worrying wont change anything. I am like that too, i stress and become negative and see just the bad side, so i know how it feels. They gave him the 2 yrs without interview, if there were red flags they wouldnt gave him that card that easy. I had an AOS interview by the way, although we had plenty of proofs and things were fine, he gave me a RFE because of the chicken pox (my mom told me i got the shot when i was little) i went a head and paid more than 200 bucks to get the shot again, so i think they would '' sometimes'' come up with something during the interview to give you more hustle and at the end they approve. I really feel that he will be approved. Also, i know that what we are going thru, our families back home, hear about it, if he can stay calm and tell them that everything is going to be alright.

That's good, like they said you dont have to apply to lift anything, lots of people got that 10 yrs based on like your case.

Nik's biometrics were on ~ Tomas and 24th street. They didn't fuss at all when he went in early to get them done. After you're fingerprinted, check out the best hot wings evar at Longwong's 28th and Tomas.

Thank you, for the AOS i went on the time they gave me, and there were like just 2 people waitting and they seemd they were waitting for something else. I love wings but i will be fasting during the day, maybe i will take out and try them at night, thanks again for your reply and suggestion

Hi, i searched this forum and also using google to see if i can find people who had early biometrics in Phoenix, Arizona. But i didnt get a result. I am planning to try to do a walk-in next week which will be about 13 or 14 days before my appointment. Does anyone know if they let people in for early biometrics in Phoenix center? thanks in advance.

Hi, may i know please if you and your husband had an interview during the AOS?, and about your question, if they end up asking for more evidence, you may need to ask your friends or family members or neighbors to write affidavits that they know you as a couple and you live together, also you may write people's names and theirs phone numbers. I dont know if you included that in your file that your husband sent with the I-751 file. But i think that you wont need to do that and they may not ask you for anything, it seems like you guys will hear good news, tell your husband to stay calm and pray especialy in this Ramadan.

I received the Bio letter dated 8/6. The appointment is on 9/3. That was fast.

I sent the transcipts, it's easy to order them and you may get them in about 10 days (in my case), they send couple papers for each year, i think they are better than copying the whole copies of tax return.

That's not a big deal, i got the reminder letter and the NOA like that.

I tried to check my status on line, but it shows this: "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status,Please check your receipt number and try again...." I tried again, and it still the same, what does this mean? how long does it take that they put my case in the system ?

You have to wait till you get the Bio appointment letter and use the number in it to check online, If you read the bottom of the NOA you have now, there's:

I ve just received the NOA, dated 8/2, was late but it's great news.

None should assume what is in your husband mind, people need to hear from both sides, to judge.

YAY! I'm so happy for you! You'll probably be seeing your NOA1 in a couple of days. Make sure you check the date to see if you're still a July filer.

Yes, that seems good news, thank you a lot. They received the application at the end of July and the check has just been cleared so i think the NOA date will be August, unless they issue NOAs when they receive the applications and before they clear the checks.
