As my lawyer explained to me after courtesy letter the next step would be request to send them your medical envelop instead of interview date notification (where you need to bring your envelop in normal circumstances) and then you get approval notice. I also hope on that especially during this epidemic it seems like we have a higher chance

It's hard to predict especially this time when everything change so quick, I saw some people on other forums who can't come back to US (not sure from where) with advanced parole due to pandemic but I also saw people who traveling without problem. Whether you are approved or not you may travel anywhere as long as you have valid advanced parole but still nobody guarantee you entrance back.
PS my lawyer said not to do that

Hey Engineering-rocks! I also was approved January 2020 and still no courtesy letter or interview notice, status check shows the case was transferred and nothing else so basically last thing happened I got new EAD. What about you?

Hey Aidan 85! Did you get at least courtesy letter? As I understand from reading forum and talking to my lawyer it takes approximately 4 months from approval to courtesy letter and after about 2 months till interview notice but still it's all individual.

Since January 27 my status check shows case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction, on February 1 I got mail with new EAD and transfer notice, on February 19 I have received VAWA approval dated by February 10... So based on your experience I should receive courtesy letter closer to the end of May if everything is the same

Shroy123, Thank you for your reply, should I get letter about medical examination (vaccination) first? How long does it usually takes from VAWA approval to this letter?
 

Hello dear friends! I have a question about timeline. After almost 2 years of waiting I finally have received message that my case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction on January 2020 and later I got new EAD and approval notice. So as I understand my case now in NBC (or on the way there) and what I want to know is when is a next step? As far as I know I will receive letter about medical exam soon but how soon? Is there anybody who also got approved on January 2020 (or close) and already got this letter? I reside in California. Thank you so much!
