    Thank you for your reply. Yes, we have pretty much everything joint, house, car, financials, life insurance policies etc.

    I am currently employed and trying to find a new job. I might run into a situation of temporary unemployment and no health insurance, how does that affect the ROC or the situation? In case someone has experienced something similar, would really appreciate the feedback. My US spouse is already retired, and is on my health insurance, for the last 1.5 year, but we can switch his insurance to 100% on Medicare for the additional coverages, for him. I am just worried that my loss of health insurance or joint health insurance could affect my case. Thanks for your time!

    Good to hear from you! If I check status via MyUSCIS, it says unavailable and if I directly check via case status, it still has 'received ' . Also, I am assigned to the YSC, they are the most backlogged office.

    I am a Oct 2022 filer, and I saw the same message this morning, if I check via MyUSCIS . But if I use the direct link to check the status, it gives me that the case was received (which has been the case since Nov'2022).

    I remember that my USPS status showed , not yet picked or something similar (I did AOS back in 2020 April), for more than a week, but it was indeed picked. I got the notification of money being charged and received my NOA too shortly afterwards. I was concerned to say the least and even opened a ticket with USPS. Ths USPS status didn't change even after a few weeks, although I had my NOA in the hand.

    I noticed in the Jan 2023 filing thread about the 36 or 48 months extension letter. Has anyone in the Oct 2022 received a revised letter yet? My status is still 'Received' since Nov 1st 2022.

    We did, just a few weeks prior to I-751 filing. However, we didn't have a long town name.

    I have not heard anything yet. Just checked my status. I had the AOS case, so not sure, whether I will get Biometrics or not. I have to make a trip to my home country, this coming weekend.

    We moved to a new house, a few weeks before the ROC application, so we are picking our mails at the post office. Post office didn't sort the mails on the Saturday when I went to collect 😁. So I decided to have some more drama of waiting 😆😁🤣.

    USPS is showing in the informed delivery. Had today not been the holiday, it should have shown last night. ☺️😇🤞🤞🤞

    You can use this as well https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator. I too was in the dilemma and found this. Same 90 days window Calculator. I even did date calculation online via another site 😀.

    I have email notification set up, but I noticed that the same is available after 9 or 10 PM EST , if you directly go to the USPS website, on the previous night. My emails show up about 8 AM everyday. I am, i guess, just trying to get the news faster 😆😅.

    No news of the I-797. I check my USPS informed delivery, every night and also in the morning 😅😆😁.

    My credit card transaction is still pending and i haven't gotten any text and email notification. I hope by Monday, I should get something. 🤞
