    I remember a few days ago you posted saying that you thought you were being used for a visa. Perhaps immigration found something that confirms that, or is suspicious? Has he told you any info on why he is being detained? Did he call you? Or were you informed by them?

    I don't see there being any issue. I visited my now husband in the states on a VWP and never had a problem. Just make sure you have that return ticket

    The date is correct. The US puts dates backwards. So if your bday is for example, 09/03/1980, it will appear as 03/09/1980

    Uscis didn't even look at or as about my ring in my greencard interview. I wouldn't stress too much about it x

    I got an immunity test which showed what immunizations I've had are still active in my system, then the doctor gave me the remaining ones (I had to just get tetanus and a flu shot) The doctor will know which ones you need.

    I did try to call USCIS, and every time I ask to speak to a service representative, the automated system says if I ask again they will terminate the call. It's a but rediculous that I can't even speak to someone. I've tried emailing through the USCIS system, and I just get copy paste responses that don't really address anything.. I've been in the US almost 2 years and I'm so damn tired. I just want this to be done

    Nope. It just says that they have sent the RFE and are awaiting a response. I know they have it because they signed for it the day after I sent it.

    Ha yeah its been over a month now and nothing. No update. It's worrying cos the medical costs so much money and I don't even know if they actually have it. Did you ever get any updates?

    Hello. I had my greencard via marriage interview on April 5th, and because it took so long for them to give me an interview date from when I landed in the US (18 months ago), my medical expired and they made me get a new one, meaning they had to issue an RFE. I went and got the medical, and posted it via usps. That was over a week ago, and my case status hasn't changed. Is this normal? The tracking shows my documents were received the day after i posted them.
