As you can see it is working for me as that was a post from this morning. If you are trying to access from out of the US, try using a VPN and set your location to some city in the US. I use Atlanta as I am on the east coast of the US. Can't say that's the solution but that's what worked for me. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

The page loads, but when you enter the information in for an immigrant or non immigrant visa the page doesn't doesn't load. Then if you click submit again it says you entered the captcha wrong.  Still down.

The situation here is, US embassy can operate at least for US citizens, K1 etc, DU30 can do his business, US embassy can do theirs, add extra 100$ for covid19 testing during medical in stluke,14 day quarantine before entering embassy, 14 quarantine on arrival to US and problem solved, in the mean time they act like it is pandemic in the world and half of the world population is dead which is not the case. Its pure politics nothing else.

I'm sure all the countries in the world will be glad to know that they will no longer have to worry about the virus after the election in the US. Yes I know several people personally who had it. 5 of them had mild flu symptoms. One went to the emergency twice. The other was on life support. Was told he wouldn't make it. He ended up surving. So statistically none of them died, but two of them have severely reduced lung capacity. 2 more have issues breathing and most of them have brain fog. I for one don't want to have breathing problems the rest of my life.  To claim the virus is political is a smack in the face to every country suffering from the pandemic. Especially the ones that didn't have the equipment or means to keep people alive. I haven't been able to see my fiance and kids since I left at the beginning of Febuary. The country is doing what it can to protect their people and have been doing an excellent job.

You are an immigrant. Are you not pursuing a K-1 visa? Isn't that listed in the drop down box? There's your answer.

They stated they are the sponsor.  They already live in the United States so they aren't an immigrant. An immigrant is a person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country.  They have lived in the United States so that doesn't apply to them. It may be asking for the beneficiary's immigration status which you would select their country if that is the case.  Some people don't like to be helpful to those who don't understand.
