I am sorry, but I don't see her case as you do. You maybe forgot she applied for asylum. It is dangerous for her to come back. I came here not like for asylum, I did not have any issues with the Russian government. But even in my case, I am afraid to go to Russia to see my children. It is not safe there now.

And the second thing, before leaving the US she needs to get a divorce first. Do you think it is right to stay officially married to such a guy for her whole life? It is difficult to divorce if you are staying out of the US

Is it possible the PCR tests just do not work and someone can be infecting/spreading despite a negative result? Are people faking PCR test results? I'm just so confused. If we have technology that is supposed to detect infections why is it still not under control?

The test shows a positive result no earlier than 4 days after infection. And the incubation period (when a person has already become infected, but so far no signs of the disease have appeared) can last up to 2 weeks. Those. the person is not yet sick but is already spreading the infection around him.

Her fingerprint appointment is scheduled for August 17th at the Seattle office.

She is living in downtown Seattle.

I think now everything should start to move faster because there are not covid-19 limitations anymore. 
And it is interesting, that her letter says that now we can have cellphones with us, it is only should be turned off.

Yes, she did, on July 23rd

She submited N400, Seattle Office

My friend submitted an application on November 1st, 2020. And she is still waiting for her biometric appointment invitation.

If you are a sponsor for your relative's green card, Yeas, you have to report your address changing.

When it happened to me, I scheduled infopass appointment in USCIS and they put a stamp on my passport. Stamp said that my GC was extended for 1 more year.

I have the same issue right now. I tried all kinds of browsers - Internet Explorer, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Android from my cell phone. I am getting the same message "Try later again".

Welcome letter came  two weeks after our PD turned current in second table "filing visa application" in Visa Billuten. And week later I got the same letter by regular mail

PD is 03/02/2015. Welcome Letter came to me (I am petitioner) by email at 14 January.

So, r1m1, did they ask you the original Affidavit on interview? I have the same question now,
