  1. Just got our NOA2 approval!! After 384 days at CSC, my goodness. I'm thrilled but this process has been so painful. At least NVC is more transparent!
  2. Ugh me too... 381 days today (24 Sep PD). I don't understand the huge lag time at CSC between my case and ones filed at the end of August who were approved in like 340ish days. It is becoming unbelievably frustrating!
  3. The problem is that I think VJ and Lawfully don't distinguish between normal cases and expedites. So while we are seeing cases get approved long before ours, it's possible this person had a legitimate reason for expediting like a humanitarian reason. I have to remind myself that I am fortunate to not be in a situation that requires expediting. I know it's hard though. I, as a control freak, hate that I have no control over this situation!
  4. Ugh I feel you, we're using assets too and 2021 taxes aren't filed yet because we got an extension. I also don't have an ITIN yet and hope that doesn't affect anything... all this life admin plus working full time has been a LOT. I'm tired.
  5. PD 24 Sep, AR since 1 October so 11 months today since filing, and CSC. NOA2 approvals seem to be getting longer too (e.g. approvals seem to be increasing by 10 days or so each time. Just anecdotally from CSC data on this site). So at this point I am expecting the NOA2 at 12 months. Really frustrating when many have their visas in hand at 12 months. I just hope it means the London embassy delays will have cleared up by the time it gets to Nov/Dec. Also paranoid we're going to get an RFE for something silly at NVC and have even more delays because why wouldn't we?! We already got one of the worst service centres! Totally agree with what you're all saying about costs, two households, travel, etc. It's wedding season at the moment too and we've been trying to meet up for those - not really a complaint since we get to see each other more but it's been $$$$. Feel like we have the same conversations over and over with everyone we see. "Any news on your visa?" "Nope, been 11 months and nothing" repeat x100 haha, just going to stop talking to people about it until my interview is scheduled. On the bright side all the travel means I got status with British Airways and they upgraded me to business class twice in a row!
  6. There are two from CSC. One transferred from Texas approved 7 July, and one not transferred, approved 1 July.
  7. There have been two in July according to this https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=i&op2=d&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=All&op66=All&op7=All&dfile=No&adv= bearing in mind people don't update their timelines or even use VJ. But yeah no VJ users for 2 weeks.
  8. Updating VISA Information Global Entry members who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful permanent residents must maintain updated visa information with CBP. If a Global Entry member obtains a new visa, or obtains a new petition for a work visa, the member must notify CBP in-person at a Global Entry enrollment center. A member must visit an enrollment center to have CBP add visas and/or update visa information. If the visa information is incomplete or not properly updated with CBP, the Global Entry kiosk may incorrectly calculate the member’s Class of admission and admission date. A member must visit an enrollment center in-person to add or update visa information. https://www.cbp.gov/travel/trusted-traveler-programs/global-entry/international-arrangements#:~:text=Updating VISA Information&text=If a Global Entry member,and%2For update visa information. You can probably do it at an Enrolment on Arrival airport too.
  9. The USCIS processing estimate doesn't include NVC, as far as I know. It is just for form I-130.
  10. I've been tracking all CSC cases based off of the timeline page on my own Excel sheet (since they don't always appear on the CSC processing times page - not sure why) and the average processing time for approvals in March, April, May & June is 295 days. There are obviously some outliers but yes, I think it'll come in early July.
  11. Congrats! Could you please fill out your actual VJ timeline as it contributes to site data/estimates etc. Thanks!
  12. I'm CSC as well, PD 24 Sept and AR for 272 days as of today. I anticipate getting approved at the end of July/beginning of August.
