Having a court or civil marriage, instead of a religious marriage ceremony, isn't an issue in and of itself.   Isn't it a little late to ask this since you filed your petition in 2019?

i think yes its not an issue i heard a person who was talking about court marriage that it could be a problem thats why posted here to know and i was just wondering i think i shouldn't be worry

Was this marriage done in Pakistan, the U.S., or in a third country?

in Pakistan  and the reason is we both aren't rich we cannot afford marriage ceremonies and am from Kashmir bringing my spouse in Kashmir was dangerous for her self and that time conflict was going on in Kashmir at border so marrying in court was a better idea also because we aren't rich

on March 22,2021 I done my IR1 visa interview in US embassy Islamabad Pakistan twice morning 10. 00 am and afternoon 2.00 pm.
At 10. 00 am The consular officer took my interview for almost 3-minutes and give me a form (221 g) and written there that come again  today afternoon 2 o'clock for further questions regarding your case. I went again on the same day March 22,2021 afternoon 2.00pm , they took me to a separate room and took my interview again for almost 1 hour and 40 minutes asking me bunch of questions regarding our relationship, marriage etc and writing my answers on paper and recording my voice .
In last they took my passport, marriage certificate, recent tax return of my wife, birth certificate and marriage photographs and told me your interview is done, a desicion will be made on your case by the consular officer which took your interview initially at 10.00 am   for issuing you the visa or not.

So I need to worry about this or it's a part of visa interview?
My ceac status still shows READY when I will change to administrative processing or something else?

are you still waiting for your Visa or you already got it ?

When I go the "check the status" page of USCIS and type in my reciept number it it still says my case is in Nebraska. When I log into my account it also says my case is in Nebraska. I've never received a letter stating that my case was moved to Vermont. The reason I found out my case was moved to Vermont was I asked them through my account about my status and was told with a response message. From what I've heard this isn't normal. Has anyone else had this situation?

If the case is in Vermont, then you are still under normal processing time. Vermont is pretty absurd because it's a small office. Not much you can do unless it's clearly out of normal processing times. I would suggest you confirm which service center your case is currently in. If it's over the normal processing time then you can escalate.

Send them a message from your USCIS online account. Tier 2 respond to those messages and they will know which service center is processing your case.

field office is processing our case its wierd I know but it is what it is we are planning for mandamos or ombudsman it's been a long we are messaging and calling them but they are telling us same story please pray for our case
