We are going to wait a little longer but our paperwork has been at the NVC since April 2020 and we have been hoping the travel ban would be lifted. Keeping positive this will happen soon, if not we will have to consider the best alternative.

I know many have come over on an ESTA. Can you tell me where you flew into, and any additional documents you needed and any questions? Thank you all for your help.

Flying to the Newcastle today and next week we will be in Serbia for two weeks. Safe travel to all.

So I am a US citizen and my fiance is a UK citizen since he lives in Northern Ireland with his family, which is where I would plan to isolate. I know the UK and Ireland are excluded from the EU's ban since they lie outside of the Schengen Area.

 

Would it be better for me to fly into Belfast or Dublin airport? Are there any issues with me flying into Dublin, getting picked up at the airport, and heading straight to his house in the UK to isolate - technically crossing country lines even though there is no border?

 

Also is there any proof I need to bring with me since only essential travel is still recommended? Has anyone successfully done this?

@Tema E I did read early in this post that others have used ESTA’s to come into the US.

Booked my ticket to head to the U.K. on July 7th and then I will spend 7 days with my fiancé and we will head to Belgrade on July 15th and then to the United States on July 31st. Does anyone who has traveled to Belgrade have any recommendations on an Airbnb?

Hi, I have a question, received our RFE, and need to send "Intent to Marry" letter; and supply further evidence for "2 year meeting requirement".  The question I have is in regards to the "Intent to Marry" letter; do you know if it is O.K. to have a photo copy of this letter with both of our signatures; or do both signatures have to be wet signatures?
