September 6, 2022 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. I assume this means my interview was waived. This feels a bit arbitrary and unfair, but I'll take it!

Yep, your interview was indeed waived and you will receive your new card very soon. The case tracker will update to say when the card is sent, and will also provide you with a tracking number.
Our case also went quickly without an interview out of MSC (National Benefits Center). Congrats to you for making it through!

My passport is out for delivery right now, so 48h for me as well, if nothing goes wrong. I live in London, just in case that matters.
