Oh wow. Hopefully you’ll get something this or next week.  Please keep us posted! Maybe you can try calling them. They are also able to check in the system if there are any updates to your case regarding Biometrics specifically. You never know maybe the tracker we use isn’t completely up to date. 

Please note I did not mention which day I spoke with them. Not sure if it’s important since one would only speak with them during their working hours.

Btw I spoke with them on Friday. 
 

I spoke with a USCIS representative and they said that right now only biometrics are being scheduled for those individuals whose biometrics were previously cancelled. The different phases are for those people. 
 

for example, I am in the Philadelphia office and they opened on July 13th. Right now first phase appointments are being completed. There are two more phases to get through and they are only for those individuals who had a biometrics date back in March. I believe she said every phase takes about two weeks. After the three phases are completed, then they will start scheduling new biometrics. She said for Philadelphia we are probably looking to receive a letter by mid or late August.

Hope this helps. It seems every representative gives different information but this makes sense because our priority date is March 31st and we still have not received an appointment letter. For offices opening end of July, it might be until end of September you may not get an appointment. 
 

Hello, 

If we mailed in the i485 packet on March 9th and did not send the i944 form with it, then does not mean our application will be automatically rejected and returned to us? Of course, we saw this change take place after we mailed our package. 

I called USCIS and they said that if they need the form then I will get an RFE and file will be still accepted if everything else is in order. When I called the USCIS rep she didn't even know about the i944 form. She said she's never heard of it, so I am not sure if I trust what she said completely. 

Anybody have any experience with this? 

Thank you! I can't even imagine the wait time for interviews at that office. This is such a mess. I am getting so discouraged now. I think when we were seeing approvals it was a little bit encouraging but now it just seems everything has just paused for Potomac. It is so difficult to plan your life like this especially when you are older and have important life decisions to make. 

Sorry I just needed to vent. Now back to waiting...:)

After I130 approval, does anyone know if interviews are also done at the Toronto consulate office in Canada or are they done only in Montreal? 

Also, any more Potomac approvals recently? Idk what happened to this fast office.

I saw the below date updated recently. This was the first it changed since I filed. Does anybody know what it means or has anybody experienced the date changing more than one time?
