Hi all !

Today is Woman's day and my husband called me. He said good news for me . Before He sent a letter to goverment and said he need their helping for our case. And today he got letter from them with their answer that they will help us !!! I dont know it true or no, but i trust my husband, trust our love . He said will see after 1 more month . We are parying and waiting !!!

I thought you can put your name on baby's Vietnam BC. That is no problem because your fiance can give for baby a name although you and fiance still not get married yet. And your baby can get Justin name on it too.

If you show exactly proofs for embassy that show you have been stay with fiance before, during and after your fiance was pregnant, may be they will not need DNA test. Your fiance should keep all pictures, untrasound papers about her pregnant, bill when she was at hospital... !

If after uscis finish 6 months for processing K1/K2 - K3/K4 - IR1/CR1 , It will change new processing date aroung March, so may be my case can get approval news ???? I just praying ....

May be now they changed that make appointment on their website, sorry, im not sure. Before it is hard for make appointment with them, i called 3 times and left messeges for them, and i wrote email to them same as time,and after that they called back and wrote to me 2 appointment days was different. I think u should take your appointment which they gave to u, because they are busy. If u want, try to call or write to them see how. Good luck.

im in the process of bringing my fiance over here. I've filed the I-129 form 5 months ago, so her interview might come soon. She just gave birth to our baby, and i need to fill out the CRBA form and get DNA test result. Then send her all those paper work, so she could bring them to the US embassy in Vietnam. I went on their website and they said they only accept appointment for the CRBA. My question is, can she bring all those paper work to her K1 interview if it comes before the CRBA appointment?t? Or she has to go to her CRBA appointment seperately even if it comes after her k1 interview?

Have you even tried to contact the Consulate, as was previously suggested? They are the ones with the answer. I'd like to know what they say.

Your fiance should go to US embassy and take appointment with them, they have all forms , or she can call and ask them appointment day. that so easy. If she go interview before that, i think they will give her blue slip for waiting your baby 's us passport and birth certific done. Make appointment with them soon when your fiance got pregnant about 7-8 months same as me beofore. Make appoinment take about 2-3 months.dont worry, your case will pass and get pink slip soon. good luck.

I dont know why it take so long for my case K3 for approval from uscis , it is over 11 months since we got receipt letter from uscis, so in forum have anybody same as my case time ? and why dont uscis update new processing day ? thanks very much !

Hi everybody ! My husband is working paper for me by K3 , it was 8 months already but i still not get approval yet from uscis. I saw somebody from here got it quickly than my case. I dont know why. So what can i do now ? Where can my husband call and ask about our case. Im really boring my life when im not close my husband. My son miss his dad too. Thanks about all your answer !

Before i failed in fiance visa and my case have been sent back to uscis by vietnam embassy .

So now My fiance have plan to get married with me in vietnam ? But he dont know what documents Indispensable . And how long will take to get paper certify our married since we register in where im living (vungtau city-vietnam) .Because my fiance only can stay here 1 month,and he dont want wast time for waiting . We want get ready everything until he visit here .

Did your fiance get letter from uscis yet ? My fiance asked lawyer and she said we must wait and contact with usics how because can not apply new K1 both K3 now . Before i asked lawyer in vietnam ,she said we can cancel our K1 and start get married in vietnam ,and fill out K3 . But my man dont trust laywer in vietnam anymore .

So we must waiting ,Thuy .Are your fiance still staying in vietnam now ?. If you have any news ,please let me know .Thanks a lot .

My fiance asked lawyer ,they said we can not get married now because me and my fiance have file in uscis now . They said my us must slow ,my fiance should contact with uscis and ask them fill out any way ??? Before i asked lawyer in vietnam ,they said we can get married ,cacel old case .

Because i answer wrong day we met ,we did not have engagement, they think my fiance still get relationship with exwife . We wrote letter explain but could not change .

Yes,u should have engagement . Me and my fiance did not do that .So it was among reasons made me failed in interview .My fiance dont have realtive in vietnam ,we dont have a lot money ,my sister was died about 2 months before my faincee visited me .... But we love true .

All our hope for staying together was gone . Consulte did not belive us ...They need proof about relationship .

Our true love over than 1 years and that was become fact while they only saw and read about 10 mins .

What do you think about engagement .....?

I got green slip on april 2,2007 ,they did not believe me and my fiance are real realtionship . They sent back our paper to uscis .My fiance got letter from them on may 14,2007 . We really disapponinted about that . Does anyone know other way for us ? Please help us .Pray for everybody will success .
