Thanks Anhmap very much , but now my K3 case is on way to Embassy in VIETNAM, how can we cancel it ?

i read from here, with K3 we can use i-134 or i-864 , not sure ? but about affidavit of support ,they will count how many people living under house or just me, cause my husband sponsor only me , my baby is us citizen already ?

Im looking your all answer, please.

Our K3 is going to US embassy in Vietnam so what document should i ready and what forms i have to fill ? And will Consulate officer will accept some body help my husband for co-sponsor ?

Looks like those are the same ones you sent me, and those are the only ones I've seen so far. Phuong hasn't gotten anything from the consulate yet. I sent them an email on Friday to see if they've got the petition and when we can expect the packet 3, but no response yet.

Hi Jim and Phuong, if Phuong sis isnt get the P3 yet, she can bring her case HCM number come to Consulate at Imformation Door, they will look and give for her P3 if too late. Good luck to you.

Yesterday while i were going on the way to Countryside and i got my husband messages, he said our CR1 approved although it is still not update on uscis website now. He got both letter approved of K3 and CR1 , and we wil follow with CR1. So what next we will do ?

Im very happy cause finally i will have other chance for our family get together,really happy. I never forget all your helping last time !!! Thanks !

What do you guys mean when you say "approved"? Have you already gone through an interview and just waiting results? Did you get blue slips upon completion of the interview?? Please clarify...how do you know your case was "touched"

My husband and I are in Administrative Processing and awaiting the ket qua but we don't know how else to get the results except for to contact them direcctly.

My case approved it is NOA2 from uscis. i still have not interview yet. I got account in uscis website , after i logged in , it would show me last updated of my case, if it changed that mean "Touched".

I saw many topic told about their interview and someone have waiting same as you, you should find and read it, i think you will have any way. Good luck to you.

I still not have approval yet from uscis. althought both K3 and CR-1 touched many times.

My case got touched 3 times on sept 4,sept 6,sept 8 -2009. I dont know how, i hope both us will get approval soon.

My husband is doing K3 for me. But i saw only I-130 touched this week 3 times : on sept 4,6,8 -2009.

So is it ok ? i check online but it is still pending, not approval yet.

Uscis touched my case again : sept 6/2009 ! hope hope......!

Today i saw our I-130 last updated is Sept 04,2009........Touched again. Im so happy and seeing he light of hopeful is burning now in my mind. Thanks..........! Although still not have approval but it mean uscis are looking our case now.

Now i saw somebody still pending case take longtime as me. Before my husband called uscis and they said will let us know some news in august-this month. Im not sure.....just will see how.
