Is it just me or has anyone of us have noticed that April 12 NOA1 are stuck!? I mean before the 12th and after 12th they are all gettting assigne, touched, and approved... what's up?

If I don't hear anything about my case I plan to call after August 12..that is the day that I'll turn to 4 months.. What should I say? I'm kinda hesitant to say that filers after me have been approved cause they might ask for proof which I don't have any of you alls receipt number.. hehehe it's private ofcourse.. there are a few filers here that have NOA1s of April 12.. it seems like that date is not goind anywhere.. everyone before and after that date are getting approved..

I hope you are right about my approval gbertz.. I think I'll give them a call again after August 12.. August 12 is when we reach our 4th month. Anyways the reason I made these topics was because I didn't know that I can do a search.. hehehe.. well I guess they can just ignore that.. I hope I do get my approval soon. It would have been ok if you don't see others that are so after you getting approved. Nothing against them, I'm sure everyone understands how it feels. Take care and God bless.

Got a touch on 7/26 but we are still pending... Actually, looking at the list, it looks like everybody from the 12th is pending even though people after the 12th got processed... Crazy!

I'm a March filer so I am really sad right now.. I saw one how had a NOA1 of April 23 got their NOA2 yesterday.. I sure hope we get ours soon enough as well.. and that we will see each other in the embassy together hehehe.. it's a small worl after all

Congratulations..but it seems like March is so slow and I'm so sad and discouraged.. I mean if you look at the April thread they are all celebrating.. they are getting approved.. one had a NOA1 of April 23 and already approved.. huhuhuuh.. and a lot us March filers are still stuck with nothing.. Congrats again for those "few" who got their approvals.

hi.. I don't want to feel so sad and discourage again but it's starting to get on me slowly. I am a March filer as you can see in my timline with a NOA1 of April 12. I am very happy for you April filers that have gotten their approvals but it breaks my heart to see no moving on March filers. Most approvals were April filers and I don't want to think that the March folks are forgotten. If you look at the March thread you bearly see a post like the ones here in April thread..bout getting APPROVED. All you see are people desperately waiting for their NOA2. I saw one here got approved with a NOA1 of APRIL 23. Congratulations to you all and I hope those who have gotten their NOA2s won't forget us here who are still waiting.

Is everyone updating their time lines? I've dropped from Aug 4th to Aug 24th over the past week... That'd put me over the 4 month mark.

Congrats too.. i hope ours is next.. your blessed.. NOA1 April 17 and you sent it in April 10.. and you got NOA2 in less than 3 months... Congrats..

Sorry for the double post.. but this is just a theory of mine..

Since the fees have gone up on most all types of visas/petitions do you think USCIS will get less applications or will it stay the same or maybe will get more because applicants will think that the process will be faster due to the increase of fees? My theory is, maybe they will get less applications which could lead to faster processing, but then again we are all not so sure what the effect of the increase of fees will bring. Anywas, just wanted to share my thoughts. Good luck again to us all and for a good week here in VJ.

that's what I have been thinking as well.. I know we all are waiting so long..it seems like forever.. but it is true that we have no clue at all how many approvals of I-129fs have been issued each week. Because we can only find out the ones that are subscribed here. I mean I'm sure there are thousands have filed and maybe each week hundreds get approved..if you can get 10 approvals each week here plus the thousands of others in this country there should be more.. but right now just like you guys.. WE ALL JUST WANT OUR NOA2..THAT'S JUST THE BOTTOM LINE..AND TO FINALLY REACH THE END OF THE LINE WHERE WE CAN HAVE OUR SOs HERE TO BE WITH US..WISH US ALL LUCK.. GOD BLESS.. I HOPE THIS WEEK WE WILL HAVE PLENTY OF APPROVALS SINCE THEY HAVE A NEW SYSTEM NOW AND FEES HAVE GONE UP..

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL WHO GOT APPROVED...I LOOKED AT THEIR TIMELINES AND MOST ALL OF THEM HAVE A NOA1 OF APRIL 9. I HOPE NEXT WEEK WILL BE THE WEEK OF US THAT HAVE NOA1s DATED 10-12 OR HIGHER.. wow congratulations guys.. i can't for everyone to get their noa2s including myself.. im excited this week.. it seemed they have approved a lot yesterday.. and let's take note that most filers that are in our batch are not in this forum.. so we can't really tell how many approvals are there each month or each week..

im glad to see that there were a few approvals.. maybe what's causing us to wait longer is because of the increase in fees this july 30..system updates etc etc.. i maybe wrong but let's just hope that after the increase in fees this forum will be filled with great announcements of NOA2s.. i am with you guys..still waiting as well for my NOA2..

let's hope and pray that next week will be a great week.. fees will increase july 30 so by next week let's hope there will be a lot of NOA2 postings here.. because the increase of fees..this is just my opinion.. they will get lesser applications on other types of visas.. because the fact is some will be discouraged due to the high fee to file.. or some will file because of desperation.. but will see how fast they can processed this cases after the increase of fees.. after all the return for having to increase the fees should be A CUT DOWN ON THE WAITING TIME..

it would be so so so so very very very unfair if the waiting time will not speed up..for example.. on average fiance visas take about 6-7 months.. then it should be cut down to 4-5 months..
