by the way.. i know this is just an estimate here in VJ.. but my adjudicated date kept rising and rising upto July 28th..and today.. it went down drastically to 17.. so will see what happens.

we are citizens of this country and yet H1 visas are getting processed faster..

this is scary.. i know it's a government organization.. but can you sue them if they lost your stuff and never told you and made you wait this long? or atleast giving you an immediate approval or something? i mean what's right and what's wrong? but i guess you can't fight this because even though the government is wrong.. THEIR ALWYS RIGHT.. i mean after all this is like business.. you paid them to do something for you in return..if it's not done right as customers we have the right to complain.. that's why they have this thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE.. WHICH SUCKS.. AND I THINK SOME OF THEIR REPS ARE FROM INDIA OR IRAQ hahahaha.. lols..

Hi guys..just wanted to start a new thread and find out who are in the same boat as I am. We all have one thing in common: to have our love of our lives to be with us ASAP. I want to find out how many of us here still do not have NOA2 and post your timelines as well. Also I wish someone can also be able to find the ones that have gotten their approvals and post them here (those who have gotten their noa2 with NOA1 from April 1-15). I believe this will help us and be able to congratulate those who are in our batch. Thanks guys and I wish us all luck that we may have our NOA2s before the end of July or the first two weeks of August. I hope non of us have to go through and wait over 4 months for the NOA2 to come. I just called using the RFE trick. I've tried not to for two weeks but I figured I've been patient enough. I got an Indian lady that I had talked to a few weeks before. Besides poor english skills, whe was a complete b$%&h and only begrudgingly checked to see if I had been assigned. She told me this wasn't going to expedite anything and that I couldn't call back for a month. This was after she realized I hadn't called for two weeks and I mentioned that I've seen people with NOA1's after mine get approved. Can you believe the nerve...If you get the woman with the indian accent, I suggest just hanging up and trying again later.

I've done this several times but the 2ND CALL I'VE MADE IS THE ONLY CALL THAT A VERY VERY NICE AND HELPFUL LADY ANSWERED. THE REST SOUNDED LIKE THEY DON'T WORK THERE. IS THERE AN EXPLANATION IF MOST OF THE TIME YOU REALLY DON'T GET TRANSFERRED TO A REAL CSC EMPLOYEE AND NOT JUST SOME CALL CENTER UNDER USCIS? BECAUSE I'VE ALWAYS WONDERED HOW OTHERS GOT GOOD NEWS OF APPROVAL OR THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND MORE INFO ON THEIR CASE AND OTHERS USUALLY JUST GET THE "WAIT FOR 30 DAYS; THEY ARE ONLY PROCESSING DECEMBER 2006 OR 2007; OR STILL PENDING..THIS IS WHAT SHOWS IN MY COMPUTER SCREEN, DO NOT CALL TOO MUCH WE TRACK YOUR CALLING HABITS, ETC. I have a question regarding the estimate dates of adjudication here in VJ. All of us have our dates go up and down throughout our waiting periods. Today is July 23 and my adjudicated date here is July 22. Since I have passed that day already, will it still fluctuate (up or down)? Or it will stay that way? Because its sais at the bottom of that date to try and call USCIS if you haven't heard anything from them 10 days after the adjudicated date they have given. Thank you guys and I hope I'll get some answers. Tomorrow is our monthsary and it will be a great gift/blessing to get our NOA2. God bless guys and thank you again.

On the 18th mine said the 16th

On the 20th it said the 18th

On the 21st and 22nd it said the 19th

and today the 23rd it says the 23rd lol

However future hubby called uscis friday night and found out we had been assigned to an officer on Wednesday 18th.

Maybe you should call again and see if yours is too.

Chasnik, I truly understand how you feel and your situation. I believe you should have gotten your NOA2 already a long time ago. You've been waiting for 6 months and still no NOA2 and this actually shows that some of us here are not guaranteed the 3 month estimated approval. It's just one of the mysteries of USCIS. I wish you luck my friend and all of us that should have NOA2s already, but don't have them yet.

Hi Chasnik.. I've been logging here several times back but had stopped and decided to take a break. I read your post and decided to post. If you look at my timeline at the bottom of my post you'll see that I have been touched several days in a row. Unfortunately, after the last date I haven't got any touches, no RFEs, and no approval email or mail yet. I am already in my 101st day from getting my NOA1. When did you get yours? Congratulations to all of you who have gotten approvals this week eiher through mail or email. This will be my last post for now, but don't worry I'll be still checking everyday and see and read all the good news. I'll post here again once I get my NOA2. I've gotten so many touches last week and this week (everyday) and yet no NOA2. I've called a few times before, but I don't want to do it anymore..just tired of hearing the same sad news over and over. I wish you all the best guys. Lately I see that some of you are getting approvals and it looks like CSC is moving, but slowly. I'll talk to you guys soon to bring the good news, and I hope someday I will. me too..last week i got a mail and i was so excited to open it..glad i didn't call my fiance first before opening the letter.. because it was just to inform us about their number.. bummer

they can't even answer that question because the folks that answer only can tell whatever you status is online.. their not really much of a help.. unless you call at the right time like other folks here who have gotten great news by calling and have their status still say pending..

if you look below ur name in any topic u hv posted there is a link that sais MY TIMELINE..if u made ur timeline here in vj u shud hv an estimated date of adjudication..

I got touched 6 days in a row.. exlucding sunday hehehe.. and on July 12 it'll be my 90th day.. I really am just waiting for an email or mail.. because calling doesn't do me good...all i get it is the same response..
