Once we get the NOA2 they send the stuff to NVC right.. so do they notify you with an email or letter? or you just have to call NVC to find out? Thanks..

Hi guys.. I have another touch for the 2nd time in two days.. I got my first touch on the 20th and today I got another touched (21st).. I do pray that this is it.. thanks again guys and if i don't get any confirmation by saturday I'll call USCIS by Monday..

OK GUYS I DON'T WANT TO GET MY HOPES UP BUT AT THE SAME TIME I FEEL GOOD AND PRAYING.. FOR THE FIRST TIME I GOT TOUCHED (JUNE 20, 2007).. BUT THE CASE IS STILL THE SAME.. PENDING.. I GUESS THEY DON'T HAVE THE CAPACITY TO HANDLE THE CASE ALTOGETHER.. IT'S KINDA LIKE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE TYPE OF THING.. Hi Vismaster.. I received the hardcopy in the mail April 16 (monday).. in the letter (NOA1) i sais RECEVED DATE APRIL 6, 2007 and NOTICE DATE IS APRIL 12, 2007... so is APRIL 3 MY RECEIPT TIME? Thanks.. and so when should I call them again? Because I called yesterday and the person I spoke with said it still pending; not much help at all. Thanks..

I checked your timeline but you don't have one. Fill it in so that you'll know where you are in the process and so that the statistics for everyone else is more accurate. You might be closer than you think!

Hi guys...just wanted to see how many of us here are March filers with April NOA1s that are dated between or close to April 12 and April 20. Most of our fellows here that have NOA1s during the first week of April have had approvals already or their NOA2. My NOA1 was on April 12 and still no touches or any updates at all and I would like for those who fit in this category or timeline post here and know what are your status now. Let's help each other out and pray for each other and wish everyone good luck.

I called and spoke to someone and said that it's still pending. That's all he told me.. so should I call again and hope a different person will answer? What should I ask? Should I ask if it's been approved? By the way CSC has I-129F back again and they are doing December 2006..

HELP HELP HELP!! I'm actually feeling down and can somebody help and lift a fellow petitioner up? I think I understand now what TOUCHED means. They received my application on April 12 and when I logged in to my account it said LAST UPDATED APRIL 14, which means that they have touched it. It's been 63 days and that date hasn't changed yet..so does that mean that they haven't touched it? Does that mean I am not getting my NOA2 this June or by early July? July 12 will be the 90th day. Please please help help. Thank you and my fiancee and I need your prayers.

My NOA1 was on April 12 and I'm waiting for my NOA2 and would like to ask for your help so I can find out where my petition stands now. I want to know if it's been touched. I sent my I-129F application back in March and it returned to me sometime early April because I forgot to sign my check. I sent it rigth away and when I checked my account in USCIS.gov this is what they said:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On April 12, 2007, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice.
