If you refer to the P3 for your embassy it states, the following. Are you follow those instructions?

The fee for K1, K2, K3 and K4 visa applicants is $265.00 U.S. dollars, and may be paid in one of the following ways:

    A. Submit payment at any BANCO NACIONAL DE MEXICO (BANAMEX) or SCOTIA BANK in Ciudad Juarez,
Chih., Mexico. The payment must be validated at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-MX/niv/information/fee

    B. Pay through the online service at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-MX/niv/information/fee
The payment must be received and validated before you may be able to schedule your consular interview.

The visa fee will cover the costs of processing your application, regardless of whether the visa is approved or denied.

Yes correct, i am trying to proceed with option B. However I am unable to do so, i am wondering if anyone has experience with paying the fee when it was the embassy who scheduled your appointment.

How did you go about getting certified copies of your court records? I just got my rfe letter and that’s what they want from me. I’ve been looking at the court’s website and it looks like it’s a long process to get the records. Did you already have yours or did you have to request them?

The county website had an email that I sent to the clerk and she said I could pick them up the next day. It basically is just a red stamp and it's signed by the clerk I guess that makes it certified

K1's always go to CSC first.  If there is an issue like Adam Walsh Act Crimes it will get transferred to Vermont.

In Mexico all K1 and CR1/IR1 interviews are in Ciudad Juarez.  Other than residents of Mexico City,  all of the medicals are done in Juarez at one of two physicians.  You can do the medical the day before the interview.   We flew in on sunday night, did medical and biometrics on monday, consulate on tuesday and flew out wednesday.

How do they know if you are a resident of mexico city? My Fiance just moved back to his hometown in CDMX (due to covid19) so his ID says CDMX but our paperwork was originally filed with cancun addresses..... will he be able to schedule his medical/biometrics in CDMX due to his license/ID having the CDMX residence on it? or do we have to notify USCIS of the address change from cancun to CDMX? ( from what I learned they do not care if the beneficiary changes their address.... and therefore there is no way to update it)

I'm also going to see my fiance in Aussie in 2 weeks and a half! When I come back, it will be the end of March! Bring those NOA2s over!!! I think November filers are going to get theirs starting this week and then we should start seeing movement in here mid-March. Let's see if I have to go back and quote myself and say: Hey, I was right! Or Hey, I was wrong, just a little longer! Hahaha

Ugh! I didn't even think about that! I'm leaving to go see him April 4th and won't return until the end of April! I guess somebody will have to get my mail for me and take a picture so we can get things scheduled before all the good slots fill up😬
