Submitted my N-400 online last week and received the receipt notice and biometric reuse notice. Estimated processing time shows 6 months. Is that just for the N-400 processing (and interview + oath ceremony is in addition to that?)

Hi all,
For those filing under 3-year marriage rule, what are all the documents you submitted under "additional evidence"? I am filing under the 3-year marriage rule and I'm confused how much evidence I need to provide apart from the required GC, marriage certificate, birth certificate, and 3 years' worth tax transcripts. The USCIS website is very generic and I don't know if I need to provide 3 years' worth of documents or just the most recent? Did you provide quarterly/annual documents?
Thanks,
Ashley

Did anyone who had interviews this week get theirs rescheduled?

Hey Ashley, when is your interview scheduled to. Congratulations also :)
That was a very short notice. Congratulations again :)
Thank you, my interview was scheduled for next week but I just received an update that it was canceled! I need to wait for the physical mail to find the exact reason. The fact that they did it so last minute makes me wonder if they rescheduled it because of the inauguration being around the same time and the risk of riots.

Thank you all for the responses!

I am assuming once green card is received, it automatically supersedes the H-1B visa similar to how an H-1B visa would supersede and F-1 visa. Is there any way my employer can get notified automatically or would I have to let them know?

Wasn't I-693 validity extended from 1 to 2 years beginning November 2018?

Finally my status changed to interview scheduled (I had applied back in November 2019). Awaiting interview notice in mail. I am assuming it will be sometime in January since they usually schedule it for 4 weeks later.

Rest of us might hear something by end of the year. Hang on tight.Cases aren’t processed strictly in the order they are received. But its great to hear movement in Dallas family-based cases.
Thank you for the reassurance, hopefully that's what it is. It made me worry for a while if my case was skipped somehow but you're right it doesn't seem to be in a strict order.

Just got an email saying that an Interview was scheduled. I think that was why I got that message/email earlier this week. Since that’s when they scheduled...
Waiting to receive the mail.
anyone else has that update?
what about you @Ashley Marin? Since you had applied before me.No, still nothing for me I had filed in early November. Is yours family based or employment based?

Th i'm here as well; October 2019 filer. The waiting continues.
The trends i've noticed in other forums seems they are scheduling July & August 2019 filers in Dallas field office. But they are stupendously SLOW.
Any updates on which month filers are being scheduled for interviews now? Have there been any updates on your case or is it still awaiting interview to be scheduled?

Sigh. I submitted everything in November 2019 and still haven't got an interview yet! . Please let me know if you have any update especially if you filed in Texas.
I'm in Texas still nothing since January when it changed to "ready to schedule interview". We have a Dallas 2019 AOS thread too.

Mine updated to Case is ready to be scheduled for interview. With the covid situation I’m thinking it’ll take me 2 years to get the GC
Doesn't seem like there is any movement or updates yet

October filer here- I haven’t even received an interview notice both before or after the pandemic.
Have started to call them every few days to try and get movement on my application. They admitted our application was taking longer than it should, but unfortunately all they can do is “request the office to look into it”. It’s currently at the national benefits center.
if you call them every few days and get a nice rep they will keep putting the inquiry in. At some point the NBC will move my application. It’s agitating seeing how bad our government operates.
Have you received any updates since June?

Yes, thanks. Rephrasing... has anyone had an interview waived while AOS from a B2 Visa?
Or from an H-1B visa?

Yeah I'm feeling the same way. Might as well have waited until I completed 2 years of marriage and then filed it I guess. I only filed it soon after marriage because I heard people were receiving it in 6-12 months.
