    My Parents got an approval of their I130 from NBC. Their AOS is at field office (we know this because they got RFE from FO)

    You may just get interview waived and approval from FO

      Oh that's helpful. Thanks for sharing this with me. Did they get any waiver form the FO? I just received the letter from Texas about my i130 approval. It says that now I can apply for i485, so I didn't understand the order of this process since I applied concurrently. 

      I am not thay hopeful my FO will go over my file and waive my interview since the letter I received came from NBC in Texas. But who knows.

      My parents sent response to RFE to FO, they are waiting.

      Their I130 approval came to me petitioner, its states that they only receive a copy when their I485 is approved.

      They filed concurrently. Not sure why yours says now you can apply for I485 when you already did
