Hello y’all I applied for vawa in may 2019 and got my first RFE in November for police clearance and answered 24 days ago, and I want to know if anyone had the same case how long does it take the Uscis to answer the RFE for RFE police clearance. Thanks -

I filed mine in April 2019.
I received RFE of GMC in the end of October.
We sent the answer back the end of November.
It appears that they received my answer yesterday and have begun to work on my case again.

Hi, It's different for everyone, for me I got response from them after 60 days...some folks earlier and some past 120 days. Hopefully you hear soon!😊👍

As long as you've applied for VAWA, everything you send goes to Vermont USCIS!👍
