Too excited to sleep, officially I’ll be in front of the CBP in less than 24 hours.

It's been a long battle, very emotional for us both after 3.5 years on our first immigration process, being revoked was truly devastating.
We filed for our FOIA November 2019 and they are working on it.
We filed a new I-130 online on January 26, 2020

My interview was on January 30th and I was put into AP with an INA221g, I was in AP for 8 days, and my CEAC status went to "Issued" on the 7th of February. They confirmed my arrival of my medical document on the 5th via email. When exactly it was sent I do not know as it was up to my panel physician to send it.
It may take longer depending on the workload of the specific consulate, and the amount of mail they process. I read the mail screening requirements in the FAM and it is quite secure.
I would estimate you have 1-2 weeks of AP until you get "Issued". I checked CEAC like 6 times a day for those 8 days.

Guys, I'm engaged and will soon be married but i want to know how i can apply for my fiance in a way that when we both get married, we shift to America together without having to live apart. Please guide me on fiance visa like i know my fiance will have to leave America within 90 days after entering and we will have to get married there. I'm confused and want the best and shortest way of applying for him. Please suggest what i should do. I was born in America but then shifted to Pakistan and have only visited twice but now i'm planning on shifting with my husband to be and settle down there. I have my American License as well as a bank account. So please give me advice on how i can go with this. Should i apply for a fiance visa and then right after we get married in America, apply for an adjustment visa or should i just get married in Pakistan and then apply for a spouse visa? I'm looking for a way to apply for my husband to be where we can live in America without having to live apart and if i just get married and apply for the spouse visa, is it necessary that i'll have to live in America and wait there or can i just apply and live with my husband to be in Pakistan and wait for his visa to arrive?
Please tell me what to do and give me details about these two visas.-
I don’t know how much you need exactly. It’s up to the consular Officer to decide if your spouse would become a public charge. Having an income, plus savings is good. You need to be above the poverty guidelines listed in I-864P. All in all it’s up to the consular Officer to decide. You can read super in depth about everything visa related if you check out the Foreign Affairs Manual 9.

If you do that, you would need to make sure you have rights to stay in the country, and ensure you have enough savings/assets to cover your sponsor in I-864 (I suggest savings of above 80,000$) or have someone joint sponsor your spouse such as someone in your family. They need to have sufficient income to do so. Check out I-964P for more info.

All in all, it takes longer to get a green card with the K-1, BUT you are generally more quickly reunited with your partner.
the CR-1 takes a few months longer to process, BUT you save money on adjustment costs, and your partner will have immediate working and travel ability on arrival. I’ve heard a lot of K-1s wish they did CR-1 instead.
I personally went with the CR-1 route, as my spouse lives with me in Europe, and we will both move together to the US, so I’m not apart at all from my partner. It all depends on your needs.

She won’t get a spouse visa. If you are issued a K-1, you enter the US, get married, and then apply for adjustment of status. Which changes her status from K-1 Nonimmigrant to permanent resident. While the adjustment of status is processing, your fiancé can apply for an “EAD”, employment authorization document. Once they have an EAD they can work. This usually takes 3-5 months after filing for Adjustment. The Adjustment itself can take multiple months, usually around 7-9 months, but it can be longer. If the adjustment of status is approved, they will be given a conditional green card for 2 years, which after those two years, they must file for a removal of conditions, which if approved gets them a normal 10 year green card.

You can apply for the I-129F, if it is approved, you can then go through K1 processing. Once you enter the US with the K1, you must marry within 90 days. If you DO NOT marry, you must leave the country. If you DO marry, your newly wed spouse can stay within the country and you must file an adjustment of Status with the USCIS.
