@gaga520 @exp23 @ljujas2019 For those who got their “Card being Produced” notifications after mid-June, the amount of time it takes to get the card printed and mailed out has now increased from the prior 2-5 business days to 25-40 business days per my congressional liaison

Here’s an article also summarizing what happened- basically the USCIS let lapsed the card printing contract with their external vendor mid-June hoping to transition the external print volume to 2 internal print facilities

However with the looming $600M deficit, they could not hire print workers for the internal facilities- shutting down 1 (Corbin KY) and reducing volume significantly at the only remaining print facility

My congressional liaison confirmed this as well when I reached out to see why I have not received a PR green  card sent to production printing queue in mid-July

How sad😩😭. I entered the country June, 20, card changed “being produced” July 10, I was so happy. I was refreshing the app every hour the entire week and now this.... we pay so much money to support them and still can’t get a smooth service

    Completely agree with @geowrian.

Your post is confusing. Are you saying your husband lives abroad currently?

US residents do not qualify for travel insurance. If you are here on a CR1 you are a resident.

When did you immigrate to the USA? You have 60 days to enroll in coverage as immigration is considered a life event. Double check with your husbands company. If not then you need to check out the health exchange for your state. If you are past the 60 days then unfortunately you are screwed and need to wait until open enrollment period (fall/winter).

I appreciate for your answers and very sorry for the confusion. Yes he lives with me out of state and we are applying for IR1. I am preparing for my interview therefore I need to have everything in hand. I will just state the company and the policy I will get upon arrival. Thanks

  3. Hi everyone, I have questions in regards affidavit of support. Me and my husband living overseas, he is main sponsor filling out 864. His parents will sponsor us, and we will move to their house, so they will out 864a each of them.  We have 2 kids, so I am only one beneficiary.

    1. Do I say we are 6 household members in form 864?

    2. What address I should put in 864 form? USA address or European (instructions says to put European and establish domicile). I would like to put USA address because we need to combine sponsor and households members income.

    3. How to fill out assets of parents, since they fill out individual form 864a? However assets are combined, should I write the same number ex. 200k on each of their form? or should I write 100k and 100k

    Appreciated your help

You call and tell them you want to expedite.

I expedited based on USCIS error which probably shouldn’t have been approved as more and more USC spouse petitions have been reported to be sent to CSC. I also tugged at the heart strings a little since we’ve done LDR for 9 years lol

Can I send you a private message? I have LDR and I would like to talk more about it

Haha, at my job I work on a case system and I only allow myself to check & log into the USCIS system every other week. It’s been interesting to see a record of processing times. At lease Nebraska has actually gotten faster by half a month? 😕

Hi, I started to follow you. I am actually very surprised that it has been 3 months since you have filed 129F and you have not gotten approved. I filed mine only Nov 8 and haven't received a receipt yet. I wish I knew about it earlier and could sent it right after I received 130 receipt :(. This all process makes me sick

  6. Hello again, my 130 is pending, I filled out form 129f today, just pictures missing. Now I got confused. Did someone of you filed form 129F when living together overseas? We are in europe but we want to go back latest in summer of 2020 so children can start school. I think I am going to file it and just hope for the best, instead of waiting forever. Thanks in advance

Oh my gosh! We've been approved! Only 90 days after NOA1, we received yesterday's I-130 approval.  I would like to thank the JMPM who gave me the tip to send the I-129F. I confess that I am shocked. I didn't expect it so soon.  It's 7 months away from my husband and I know how much it hurts. Unlike most, first I received the approval of the I-130 and after a few hours I received the denial of the I-129F. Stay firm and have faith!!! Good luck to all

OMG congratulations I have just checked your timeline it is very similar to mine, I got married just couple months before yours. I have filed form130 in July, and tonight I am going to fill out 129F. Do I need to add all the same documents like children birth certificates, lease papers, bills etc, or only passport pictures and receipt 797? thanks for your help
