How do you know that don't have enough info presently?  Embassy decides who goes into AP and when you come out of it.. There are no set rules for AP as you claim, So how do you come about AP cannot be expedited?

That sounds great. She had all the paper work and Covid test but she was only asked the Covid test at the airport. We were anxious but to my surprise everything went really well.

Hey, she has been with me for over a week now. I’m sad that she’s leaving soon. She actually made it to Germany with ease. 

Honestly I can’t tell where my case is right now. At certain time it was on transit to the Embassy Frankfurt and has been on ready since April. We’ve been trying to stay strong and hopefully we’ll all be good.

Hello VJ colleagues. I am new on this forum so forgive me if my questions have been answered before or if i am asking in the wrong forum.

So, my fiancee and i just got engaged 2 weeks ago. This is my 5th time of entering US on B2 visa in the last 21 months and my fiancee has also visited me twice. we have compiled our I-129F and will be submitted next week after i have left usa.

My questions are (1). I did not fill the i-94 question part since i wont be in usa at the time my fiance will be sending out the application however, i did include my passport bio data page and stamps. I'm i right to do this? (2) We are also trying to fill the affidavit of support and the question about DEPENDENT is quite confusing. My fiancee do not have any dependent at the moment. What should we write? should we write the beneficiary information or leave it blanck?? We are not trying to attach this form to our I-129F but we want to make sure the forms are properly filled. Thanks in advance for your responses.
