    Got my oath scheduled, finally!

Had my interview 9/25 with 'decision cannot yet be made' outcome. Got the approval on 9/30 and the oath notice on 10/23.
11/6 (next Wednesday!) is my oath date.

To the person from Elgin who was asking, since I'm your 'neighbor': Yes, the oath is scheduled for downtown Congress Parkway.

zemat got a reaction from glowie85 in Oath letter can't be here soon enough...
My interview in Chicago as well on 9/30, got 'recommended for approval'. Last week online status changed to 'Oath Ceremony will be scheduled‘. 'Until now still no oath date. I feel your pain.

There was a long weekend last week and it might be one of the reasons that slow things down. Hope we will hear something next week.

A day after the interview it switched to 'you attended your interview' and today, or over night, it switched to 'We approved your application. The final step to becoming a citizen is to attend your naturalization ceremony's.

So yes, I'm waiting for my oath date now.
