Since this is for AOS, you should have no issues with respect to illegally working as @powerpuffstated, this is forgiven for a spouse of a USC.  For the medical, if they feel they need an updated one, it should be an RFE, not a denial.

After interview all she said was she has to check on the validity of my Medical. No former decision was made. 

Had my interview today everything good but I did admit to working with no ead and apparently my medical might be expired..is this grounds for denial?????  Spouse is usc

It looks like someone with a K1 out of Barbados updated the timeline.  They were approved NOA2 9/1/21 and consulate received 11/1/21.  So 2 months would be a educated guess.  I am IR1 waiting for Barbados to schedule also.  Best of luck!

Well Barbados processing is dependent on  local COVID cases, it normally does not take long but COVID slowed things down could take weeks to months they processed things faster at level 3. Level 4 is emergency visas and f1s only. They claim they have no control when cases is at Nvc stage 

What was weird is that interview was scheduled days after ead expedite request 

So had NOA1 03/26, biometrics oct 8. Oct 11 requested EAD expedited, oct 13 EAD expedite under review then oct 19 interview scheduled for November 18. Has anyone experienced this before? Maybe am just anxious I guess just seems weird

Considering everything going on how long is it taking to receive biometric appointment?? Filed in feb 2021. Is it with all service centers? Mine is Dallas

okaay, i submitted a k1aos packet to the wrong address a month ago. can i put together another packet and submitted to the correct address?? this is in hopes that the old packet will be rejected and sent back to me after we cancel the chek.

Can I put together a new packet and send it...

as long as they get it or they sent it back to me am okay.. 

After waiting a month for NOA1 just realised I sent it to the wrong lockbox.. Anyone experienced this apart from delays what is the worse thing that can happen?? 

Okay so little update.. Turns out we sent the forms to the wrong address sadly so we waiting for them to be returned to us 😡😡😡... We are expecting extra delays 

Submitted my Aos package dec26 still no NOA1 starting to get scared cause its nearing k1 visa expiration date.  Is it normal??

for texas people how long till you get NOA1??

Can visitors health insurance qualify coz getting cheap insurance is a pain. 

Okay first part done Thank God.... issued and picked up.  I have realised something with Barbados embassy if u want things done you have to email (politely) them every couple weeks. Cause every change I noticed was after a very very polite email.
