No consulate gives visa on the day of the interview. It is typically a week or two.
Good to know. Thank you

Anyone interviewing after Nov 3rd? How are you planning to prove health insurance? My wife would be covered by my employer insurance but I don’t think I can add her until she’s LPR.
Yes, I'm also wondering about this. How exactly do you prove you can add a spouse that doesn't have a social security and things already set up to your health insurance?

Does anyone know if the interview for next month are all rolled out or if they will still be working on interview for next month?

when did you get DQ?
I’ll also keep you posted if I hear anything. My DQ is Oct 2nd. I’m not expecting IL until next month.
I'm still waiting also and my DQ is the same day. Have you heard anything?

Interesting... I haven’t seen anyone post on VJ/update their timeline about receiving IL for the accra embassy for November interview dates.
I wonder if they are done scheduling for the month? 🤔
I'm also waiting for a IL email for accra, ghana. Hopefully we will be hearing something soon. I'll let you know when i do.

The wait here isn't so bad. I think it's about 2-4 weeks from the time the case is received by the embassy
How do you find out what the wait time is for your embassy?

all docs says accepted but nothing else. so I am just not sure.
I believe you have gotten your DQ because i got 2 emails one said my status had changed so i should check and the other one said DQ. When i logged in just to check it said everything was approved and accepted. If you go back to the earlier page of this thread there is someone that took a picture of there message that said DQ if yours looks like that then you are good to go! (i believe it is page 4 of this thread)

It only said that they updated my status. this is the email below:
The National Visa Center (NVC) updated the status of your immigrant visa application. Please go to the Department of State's Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://nvc.state.gov/ceac. You will need your NVC case number and invoice ID number to log into your account.
Once you have logged into CEAC, please look in your message box or on the Status Chart at the bottom of the page. If NVC has feedback on any items you submitted, there will be a new message with details. If not, please simply follow the updated instructions on your Status Chart to complete your case. If any column says "Pay Now", "Invalid Doc", "Incomplete", or "Re-Opened", that means you must take action by paying a fee, submitting a form, or uploading a corrected/missing document
Okay and when you checked what did it say?

Hello Group,
I am curious to know what this mean. I uploaded my documents yesterday afternoon and today I received an email saying that there was an update in my case. I did check ceac and all docs says accepted. I am not sure if that is what is supposed to happen since I was not expecting a change that soon. It that usual or is that toward becoming documentary qualified?
Did the email/message say DQ ( Documentarily Qualified) if so that means everything is good and you will receive an email for the interview date.

Yes based on this form you really can't tell how long it will take. Just keep praying and trusting I'll be with my husband before this year is over! Keep me updated if you like I'll also do the same.

9/18 when did you ?
9/11 and 9/18 had to resubmit 3 documents so we should hear something back back soon.

it says submitted but no check marks
if it says submitted then that means everything has been received on NVC side just have to wait till you get a email. I'm also currently on the waiting side. When did you submit everything?

hello everyone my husband and I submitted all civil and financial documents a week ago can someone please tell me how do we know that our documents are accepted and received and being processed ?
When you log in you should see next to all the documents it will say submitted with check mark that means everything has been received. They will email you to log in if there is anything that needs fixing or something. If not then you will receive a DQ/CC meaning you should expect a interview date soon.

Do permanent residence also have the conditions when their spouse is issued a visa for entry and is it the 2 years also? Or is it different conditions for permanent residence spouses that are given a visa?
