Can you reply with an update on what happened with your case? Did it get assigned to one of the other service centers after you received the IOE? Are you still waiting for your i-130 to be approved?

From what I have read, once the 129f K3 is issued your foreign spouse can come to the USA while the  IR-1 is in progress. BUT - the 129f is rarely approved. I (USC) was considering a 129f for my wife  but disregarded it for two reasons - we both live overseas and we are already 12 months into the I-130 so little time to gain if approved.  Give details on your timeline sheet and you will get better answers.

FYI, the Texas Service Center, in Mesquite, TX is about 30 miles from the Dallas Lockbox (intake) facility that is actually in Lewisville, TX.  Where you mail and where your case ends up has not been connected for several years.
