Thanks!!! Wanted to wait till I got the card but at this rate I think it’s better to go ahead and apply for citizenship. Did your citizenship application go to potomac too?
No, N400 doesn’t go to Potomac. It goes to NBC first for background check before it’s forwarded to your field office. In my case, after I was scheduled for interview, they automatically moved the file to Pittsburgh, PA, which was were I had my interview.

Hey. November 2019 filer here. Potomac center. Any movement on yours yet?
Yes. Filed for my citizenship in June 2020. Had combo interview in Dec. Got approved for both I-751 and N400.

Oh boy... Our i751s are fairly similar, I applied mid July and biometrics early November. Potomac is a joke
Yes they are a Joke. I applied as soon as my N400 window opened. Wasted no time. Applied on June 28, they resumed my biometrics on Aug 7, and scheduled interview on Oct 27.

I submitted my I-751 in July 2019. Had Biometrics for it in October 2019. YSC. Didn’t get any updates after then. Stuck on your biometrics information was applied to your case. Had to file my N400 on the 28th of June 2020. Woke up today and surprisingly got an update that my biometrics has been scheduled. I’m grateful. Shows things are moving. I’m in West Virginia by the way. My ASC is Charleston and my field office is Pittsburgh.

Nothing for me either. I applied on June 27th for N400. My I751 is at YSC so I wanted to get away from that center asap, they aren't processing any ROC at all. I was expecting that my case will be transferred to a local office but it hasn't happened yet
I-751 filed in July. YSC just like you. No movement since my Biometrics last Oct. Filed for N400 on the 28th of June. So it’s a waiting game now.

I don't think I have seen anyone at Potomac past biometrics on here...
But other centers are starting to approve people who filed after July
I always believed Potomac was one of the fastest Centers. Never thought we would have this much delay. Let’s stay hopeful.

Same, potomac center. I filed with divorce waiver.
My case says fingerprints are taken since january 2020. I filed on september 2019
Mine has the same status as yours since 24th Oct 2019. I filed in July 2019.

Somewhere on this thread it said there was an old site and a new site for checking case status online.
Our 751 case status says nothing except case was received. Nothing else. It doesn't even mention that we did biometrics a year ago. So for one year nothing.
I think I found address for new site, but when I plugged in my username and password nothing.
Very worried about re-registering and then having no access anywhere.
Anyone have any insights about new site and old site, address for new site and how best to access new site?
Thanks.

Seems like there aren’t a lot of us here? 112 days after Biometrics and still waiting patiently 🤞

Hello,
Can we know ourselves, and track all our progress through this process here please. Only Non transferred cases please, which means your Center has to be YSC/POTOMAC originally.
Let me start with mine:
Filed on the 29th of June, 2019
Delivered and signed for on the 1st of July
NOA/Extension on the 7th of July
Biometrics & Biometrics status update on the 24th of October
Still waiting ever since for progress 🙏

Yup, that sounds about right. I'm expecting to wait up to 10ish months to get the biometrics appt.
I filed on the 1st of July and did my biometrics on the 24th of October. Potomac Original Non-transferred filer. Waiting for the next stage.

Hello everyone,
LIN filler here, I had my biometrics appointment today, took about 10 minutes.
I have a question, my status online has not changed, it's stuck to "Case Received," should I be concern is not aligning with my process?
Perhaps you are checking on the new site. Try this old one and see if it has been updated -
Are there non-transferred filers who originally got Potomac/ YSC as their service Center for 1-751 here? Have been trying to get enough timeline information or even spreadsheet for that group here but haven’t seen any.
-
I haven’t come across any YSC/Potomac I-751 timelines from previous filers, except for those that got their cases transferred to that place.
Does it mean we are the pioneer initial I-751 YSC filers or what? -
Had my Biometrics yesterday at Charleston, WV. I was the only one there. Got an update on my status around midnight. Let the waiting begin.
Fingerprint Review Was Completed
As of October 24, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number YSC************, at our Potomac Service Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I signed up for the USPS informed delivery service a while back and haven't actually checked my mail the past few days, especially because I honestly wasn't expecting to hear anything for a few more months so I haven't been getting my hopes up about getting a letter from them. I was laying in bed this morning and pulled up the app to see if I had incoming mail and it showed the letter was delivered on Saturday. I legitimately ran to my mailbox, I barely had time to put pants on lol - I hope you receive yours soon! My bio appt is in less than two weeks, if you did receive one I hope you'll make it back in time! But you can always reschedule too if you have to
Thanks a lot Shayden. You rock. Hubby just sent me a screenshot of mine. Mine is on the 24th of Oct.

Hahahahaha! I feel you completely. I will be back home on the 22nd. I will ask hubby to check. I could always fly back home to make sure I don’t miss it if need be.

My case is currently at the Potomac Service Center and has been since 7/1/19. This past Saturday, I received a letter from USCIS informing me that my biometrics appointment has scheduled for 10/25/19. I thought I should share for those who are still waiting to hear anything from Potomac!
Awesome!! Thanks for sharing. Mine has been there since 7/1/19 too: We have same date lol! I travelled out of state. Will ask hubby to keep an eye out in case mine comes in too.

Nobody knows anything about Potomac filers ? My docs were received in TX on the 1st of July, got my NOA with extension on the 5th of July. Haven’t heard anything yet since then. Not really bothered but would be thrilled to see more updates from YSC filers.
