Hey Guys, I’m so worried because I’m afraid my lawyer is not competent enough. She said that I don’t need to bring the entire petition to the interview. What do you guys say? What am I supposed to do?

Hey guys, I think this has probably been brought up already but how would you suggest to prepare for the interview? Could you suggest links I could “study” from to make sure we are prepared? Our couple is very non conventional, we don’t have rings and didn’t really do a big wedding celebration, we are artists and travel a lot and have moved 2 times already. Thank you in advance for your help!

Do not trust your lawyers! Call them (USCIS) and figure it out for yourself! Whoever I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and I submitted an expedite. We’ll see what happens. Waiting on the congresswoman’s answer too. Take charge people! 🙏🏼🤞🏼🙌🏻🙌🏼👍🏽

SuZanne I believe we have the same lawyer Ahahhaha. Anyway I just sent an email to my congresswoman I’m not sure what’s gonna happen but I hope she could help somehow.

I also submitted an inquiry! 

Someone help me stay positive. My lawyer called today and they said my case is still within processing time and I flipped!

Case received: March 22nd 2019

Biometrics: April 17th 2019

EAD: Fingerprints review completed same day

Ready to be scheduled for an interview: April 26th 2019

at National Benefits Center.
