USCIS received it on 12/23/2020

Finger prints applied on 01/28/2021

Today 04/08/2021 New Card is being Produced.

It's like in 3.5 months they approved it.

is it EAD renewal or first time you got EAD?

they also have not responded to congressman's inquiry, so i'm not sure if i have any option than wait to hear from them.

what number of USCIS to call to connect to agent? I called 8003755283 but it does not let me connect to the agent and ends with automated message on the status..I get the same info that was on line. Any help appreciated, EAD +180 is expiring shortly so getting nervous

Ever since i get US visa, i always received RFE, not a single instance i reached out to USCIS and never received and RFE, not sure if i am on surveillance or something for some reason. 1. RFE when i applied for visa, got approved in 30 days. 2. when i applied for COS within US, approved in 8 months, 3. when i applied for OPT after graduation, approved in 9 months, 4. Even when i applied for STEM OPT I received exact same RFE i received for my OPT. approved in 3 months. and now two RFE's with my WAVA and i am not even half way through.

I  applied for renewal EAD (c9)before its expiry, now the 180days is completing from the expiry date of my ead, I still have not got EAD. What are my options now?

As long as you indicated the C9 category not C31 you will get the EAD before i360 case is approved.. it may be before or after you respond to your RFE the point I'm trying to get across is that the EAD is processed as a seperate petition not dependent on your i360 petition you only get C9 if you have a pending i485! Its c9 since the beginning , it will 3rd EAD if they send it. Yes I am facing financial losses..

I filed both 485 and 360 at the same time, EAD renewal submitted in June -2020 and RFE came 2 week ago. I hope you are right and  I get EAD soon before responding to their RFE, so i can continue to work. I also have receipt and prima facie which expires in march. How can I expedite my EAD while i wait to respond to their RFE clearly.

thank you so much for sharing your story and also valuable info "one day". this boosted my confidence, I ve been really mood off/upset seeing their RFE. They claim that we never lived  together, although we lived together. I will submit more affidavits from friends and others.

I think what USCIS wants to know is why you both kept 2 rentals. I have a similar situation but the reason for that is because my spouse works far away and come back home only on weekends because of the distance. I’m still waiting my approval. No RFE so far. 

I have the same situation , they sent me RFE for it.

I feel you should have sumitted just one place of mutual primary residence and rest easy! The only thing you can do now is explain to them in writing how and why both residences came about alongside supporting documents then you should be fine!👍
