I had the same thing. But I hadn't yet uploaded the rest of my documents. I ended up calling, being on hold for an hour, just for them to tell me that they can't process my application until they receive the rest of our documents. Your best bet is probably to call them.
We had them too, my son's was DS-260 Review Note and I got Case FE Review Note. We haven't uploaded our civil docs yet, it's almost as if NVC can't wait to review our cases 😉

When did you last submit your documents?
I submitted my DS-260 on April 30, my husband submitted his financial docs on April 28. Since then, I haven't submitted anything.

Hi guys, I received a Case FE Review note but the thing is I haven't submitted my civil docs yet. Offices are still closed from where I am. I can't read the note too. I wonder what it is about.

DQ'd in less than 24 hours!!!! I am shaking, has this happened to anyone else!?
That was so fast! Congrats guys 🤗

Guys this is just my theory on why those who filed on April get DQed first than those who submitted earlier.
Maybe the reason why those cases which were given NVC case # the very next day after NOA2 get DQed faster is maybe because those cases have transitioned to full electronic processing. Just like the IOEs with the USCIS. We've seen IOE cases that we're filed in Jan-Mar 2020 that got approved this month. They're so lucky and,
it's crazy how long we waited for our NOA2.
But that's just my theory. Anybody here who waited the usual 4-6 weeks for case # but DQed faster than the normal processing?

I can't book an appointment too.
For those places under GCQ, are the NBI offices still closed?
-
Even if Manila is under MECQ, a lot of people are going out, malls started operating too. It's like we're technically out of the lockdown.
I read NBI at the malls can start operating too. I've been trying to book an appointment but can't seem to choose a date. Anybody here who's been successful booking theirs?

Hi we're just about to upload our documents and I'm paranoid to get an RFE. I hope you could help me out with some minor deet.
When I save my the bio page of my passport as a pdf file, the passport page takes the whole page (portrait). Is this alright? I mean, I dont want it to look as if I zoomed it.

Those particular documents do not have expiration dates. Should be good to submit.
Older NSO documents are not acceptable
Oh great, it's the NBI clearance that I have to worry about then! Thank you

Hi guys! We're also stuck at the NVC stage and had to wait for PSA and NBI to open to request our civil docs. I was wondering though if NVC would accept older PSA copies of birth and marriage certificates, say requested in 2018 and 2019?

Not yet. Only a mail notifying us it had been approved and we gotta wait on a case number with the guides on the next step to be taken. I’m surprise you got yours extremely early. Congrats on that.
Thank you. I hope you get your case number soon.

I have a theory but not enough IOE case approvals yet to verify if the theory applies to all cases
I believe all IOE case numbers get WL within approx. 24 hours after approval. This was the case for me and others with IOE case number. For everyone with a different 3 letter code, it seems to take longer.
@Enek and Alrock does your case number from USCIS start with IOE by any chance?
My theory is that for IOE there is an integration between the systems that USCIS and NVC which triggers immediate case creation upon approval, while for all others that are not going through e-processing center the "traditional" way of mailing the case to NVC still applies.
We have an IOE case number.

Did you get the case number already?
Yes it was stated in email. I was surprised the case number came in rather fast.
Wait, have you received yours?

When was your case approved? Hopefully i pray the process continues during Trump ban immigration since he claims it’s a temporary decision and I’m positive the congress wouldn’t support the decision.
We pray for that too.
We got approved last Friday but was notified only yesterday. Then I received the welcome email a few hours ago
I use the Case Tracker app to track our cases.

We just got our case number! However, here comes Trump banning all types of immigration. We felt like we're back to square one of waiting.

We also got approved this morning!

Not sure. I'm not in the Philippines. Had to redo everything because our I-751 (removing conditions of green card) got denied last year. I already got my green card since 2014 but had to redo everything from scratch again. Crazy with this Trump administration. So yeah. I don't know what's going on as well.
And side note, we got married here in L.A. last 2013. So I doubt they'll check it in Manila. Insane how this whole wait is. I remembered in 2013 how fast we got an approval. 6 months with everything. Including my greencard. But I was always here in the U.S. so I didn't mind the wait. But now I'm going crazy with this waiting.
This whole waiting thing sucks, it sucks to be away from our spouses for too long. Lucky for you, you guys are waiting together.

Any August TSC filers still waiting for approval? My PD is Aug 16 and I feel so anxious right now because I saw a lot of approvals in between ours but still no change since the date change last March 3 on our case. 🥴
We've got the same situation but we're on NSC, our last change was March 4. The cases before and after us just got approved last week. Could be because of the lockdown here in the Philippines? Perhaps they havent completed our background check.

Aug 2019 here, mine didn't change too. Sad...

What determines whether something is IOE or LIN? I am not familiar with that aspect of this process
LIN - manual filing. IOE - everything online or uploaded online so any center can work on it. They started issuing IOE June/July 2019.

Got a reply from USCIS: "Currently, the NSC is processing most cases of this type within approximately 16 months from the Form I-130 receipt date."
We're not too far behind in terms of waiting. Been 355 days now since Mar 1, 2019.
I just really hope Nebraska speeds it up!!
-
I wonder if the only cases that are being transferred are the LIN cases. 🤔
