I am facing same issue now. I paid fees on april 11 2024. its been a week and nothing. everytime i try to login using firefox. chrome, edge, mobile and another devise all leads me to URL was rejected. I even send the screenshots of error using the public inquiry thing but no result. i dont know how else to contact them. can someone help me with a phone number or an email that i can use. its very frustrating. you are ready to follow up on the next step but stuck because of this log in error.
