How about you asking them if they can transfer you to the US? That may be your best bet.

    I already asked them

That's why I'm in big (removed)

Customer service is a pretty broad job description....could mean anything from McDonald's to working in the lobby of an office building.

Food & Beverage?  Again very broad....Waiter?  Hotel industry?  Cruise ship?

Work visas are normally dependent on the company needing to hire a foreigner (and pay the expenses of that visa) when they cannot find a USC or LPR with the same set of skills you possess/who can do that job.     Plenty of people residing in the US who can work in customer service and/or food.

What do you do  now where you  live?

I'm assistant front of House Manager at TGI FRIDAY'S and I'm living in Dubai but unfortunately I have to go back to my home country (EGYPT). Because of family issues.

That (“a company”) makes no sense. What if you are a civil engineer and we give you the name of a clothing retailer? You need to go on to the job sites mentioned above and see what companies there are offering jobs in your field, and which of those will sponsor visas.

    Ok you are right

    Thank you

We are not going to find a job for you. You know what your skills and qualifications are. You need to find a company seeking those skills.

I didn't ask you to find job for me I just ask if you have a name or e-mail for a company. Anyhow thank you
