Of course the spouse should know all jobs the other spouse has - why wouldn’t they?

If asked about jobs at the GC interview (through marriage) , are they asking about Current job and salary OR the job written down on the AOS form when sent in? Do they want to know where you guys were working when you were just dating or where you are working now or after relationship got serious?

If you changed job after i485 was sent in and told them at the beginning of interview, will that still be a question asked (since that was said in front of spouse )?

I have my I485 interview scheduled (linked to I130) and I need to ask them to hold it in abatement while my I360 is processed. Should I go to the interview alone and ask them to hold it? What should I say exactly? OR is this request for abatement something I can do by writing a letter to request from my USCIS office or asking for a phone call from the uscis field office? Thank you for any advice from people here who have successfully done this.

Hello everyone,

When you have the I485 interview after the I360 is approved, will they expect you to show them your own address separate from abuser? If money is tight and spouse still needs to see your shared children, how do you explain the contact you still have with them?

I got RFE'd, but only for bona fides of the marriage. Gave them literally everything I could in response to that and I was approved.

If the vawa holder is still married when they file the i360, does the IO expect them to still be married at I485 interview?

I noticed in the discussion groups that people who filed in October 2019 like I did already got their interviews scheduled (and some even have their green cards now because their interview was waived) but we haven't heard anything, no RFE/message on USCIS case status still the same, should I call and follow up?

Getting the notice means they received your ead request it doesn't grant him the approval to work yet. Need to wait for combo card

so I sent in forms I130, I485, I131, ead application AND I130A.

 I got notices of receipt for all of those forms except for form I 130 a ,  since my husband received a receipt for the I 130 does that mean it includes the I 130 a as well or should I be receiving a separate notice addressed to me for the I 130A form?

I'd give it a few more days. We sent ours through UPS. After the package was delivered it took around 10 days for the checks to be cashed, and I've seen other cases were it takes a bit longer. If you want you can just double check that the address is right.
