Thank you!⭐️ My lawyer didnt inform me yet it updated on the USCIS website. I Recieved a text message alert on my phone that I had an update on my application. When i checked i saw new carr being produced.

Time line:

Nov 14 2017: i-360 reciept received! 

January 7 2018: RFE was requested (RFE for Good moral character)

March 14 2018: response to RFE was received by USCIS. 

June 13 2019 : Card is being produced! 

 

I did have a attorney.

Hi everyone, My case manager helped me with my work permit renewal application. She tasked herself to mail it off to immigration. The thing is she mailed it without a trackin number. She dropped it in a USPS post thats is on the sidewalk.  Now im freaking out that i wont know what will happen to my application. What should i do? Advice needed😬

and i only got one prime facia April 10 , 2019 valid for 6 months and they mentioned if it expired before decision they gonna renew it for only 60 days !! ( i don’t know what that mean ,, as far as i know the renewal is for 180 days more !!! ) 

sent form i765 for combo card renewal 2 weeks ago .. 

NO RFE ... 

and iam patiently waiting 🐥🐥

could you share your timeline with me .. i guess we almost have the same timeline

so my timeline in a nutshell is

january 2018 sent packet off to Vermont

march  2018 established prima facie

april 2018 got work permit an travel combo card in mail

No RFE so far and since then my prima facie renews every 6 months

Hi ahmad

the fact  that you filed your VAWA Over 2 years now,  means you are outside of the vawa  processing window ie 18-23.5 months. You should contact USCIS to let them know that.

They're still working on 2017 cases for now..but definitely we're soon going to start hearing of 2018..yes you'll keep receiving prima facie renewal until your case is adjudicated..at some point if they need anything from you..they will let you know! Patience pays here! Good thing you have a combo card! 👍
