    Can you let me know while submitting i130 for your parents did you also upload their birth certificate or just your own birth certificate? Applied for parents Jan23,2025 and they live in UAE

    Yea to prove relationship we need to upload our birth certificate which shows both parents name on it but parents birth certificate is needed when case goes to NVC ideally

    While filing I130 it doesnt ask for parents birth certificate, so in which section did you upload their upload certificate any idea?

    For people who submitted i130 for parents and i130 got approved without any RFE, want to check if you uploaded birth certificate of your mom dad too while submitting the application? Asking because it doesnt ask their birth certificate in i130 so I have not uploaded it but was wondering if that is needed upfront. Just dont want any RFEs so please do let me know if anyone has got it approved

    Just curious, did anyone here got their i130 approved ? Should have as the posts are of 2023 - appreciate if you can share timeline also, I have applied mom and dads from outside USA and moms went to TX and dads to vermont service center. The myprogress tab shows 21 months until case decision. also, i only uploaded the documents they asked for mom it was my birth certificate and naturalization cert and for dad it was birth certificate, their marriage certificate and naturalization cert. i did not upload any passport copies of mom dad as it was not asked nor did i upload their birth certificates. Hope this will not end up giving me an RFE. Pls advice to all who have filled and got their i130 approved thanks

    I guess thats the answer i was looking for…also, when i received green card it was almost 2years like 3days less in 2yrs and I read that sometimes they do consider that and issue a 10yr GC if its close to 2yr anniversary.

    Yes, husband is now citizen and was LPR when he applied for me Married: 3/11/2018 GC issued: 12/12/2019 and entered US date 10yrs GC expiring 2029 category FX1 Checked with immigration lawyer and they said its all good and not to worry… waiting for interview date as applied n400

    My husband was LPA on F2A category when he applied for my GC and I received GC of 10 years. I have already completed almost 5years and have applied for my N400. My application is in processing. But, now I realise, was it a mistake that I was given a 10year GC instead of 2year? Did anyone has same case around would like to know and was there any issues..

    Any N-400 September 2024 fillers got interview date yet? I filled on Sep 14 online and still waiting for interview date... Just wanted to check on others here.. I filed under 5year with 90days before thing..

    the approx time for me has dropped down from 7months to 4months in a week after I gave my biometric. Don't reply on that approx time, does not seem accurate or anything. But, fingers crossed, waiting for interview date to come - and counting down for that..

    filled n-400 14th sep just did biometric today and now waiting for interview schedule. joined this group to see timeline of Sep fillers. All the best to all of us
