Wow, I had written off a december interview sooo long ago, that would be great (even though the airfare will be insane)

Just called NVC and my petition was sent to Manila on 11-6-07!!!

Shai I believe that yours took about 7 days to make the trip to Manila. How soon after the embassy got it did you get your interview dates assigned? Did you do anything to speed the process? Is there anything I can do on the embassy website at this point?

Wow!!!! I'm so excited for you mike! and a very big NO! We didn't do anything to speed up the process! A lot of people have asked me that. hahahah Just keep checking the IV schedule checker website everyday from now on! We got the interview date as soon as the embassy got our case which was also the appointment letter date! I'm sure you'll get ur interview schedule next week! PM me if you do!

OMG the horror is over! (at least for this step, I'm sure there will be issues later because nothing in this whole process has gone smooth yet)

Anyway, I just called NVC, and after I gave them my WAC number, instead of the operator repeating it back to me like they have always done, he started asking questions! So I knew they had it! I was so surprised and excited and relieved and giddy that I almost didn't remember Liberty's birthday when he asked

It looks like I'm another one that came in on the Nov. 2nd truck. He said they got it Friday. Gave me my MNL number and that was it! C'mon USE give us a quick interview date pleeeeeeease B)

To those of you still waiting.... hang in there, I thought this day would never come.

Packet 4 only. Mine was delivered today by DHL and the mail label said it was just sent off yesterday. I live in General Santos City, Mindanao, Southern bottom part of the Philippines, and very far from Manila. Good luck!
