I started screaming of happiness...hahaha! I can imagine what would I do when I get my approval!!!!! Like I told him, at least now we know what is going on with the case!!!!!

Wow I'm glad your wait is almost over. But why are they just looking at yours for the first time from early may and have been checking some late may, june and even september? Even if the september filer had some $$ in his folder they shouldn't have even been picking it up yet

.....OK....more new news......After finding out yesterday bout the RFE i called my lawyer right away.....I let her know that i knew for a fact that it was sent on the 18th and that there is no way it would take more than this week to arrive...I left that on an aswering machine....well today first thing i called her again and explained everything...she said "well i have a huge pile of mail which i will try to get to today or tomorrow" i told her i want news by friday the latest.....Well late this afternoon she left a message on my cell telling me that the RFE letter was in the pile....And to top it off...the evidence that they want...your going to laugh!!!! She forgot to have me sign one of the forms...that is all they asked for... .....NEVER EVER DEPEND ON A LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well tomorrow im going to her office to sign it and im sending through my Fedex account right away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sucks! It makes me more cautious when I talk to my lawyer about all of this. A good eye opener. I am sorry you had to go through that though. I can only imagine what you are feeling.

Yes, it's wrong. I don't see any good reason why the petitions approved by VSC get really fast to NVC and for those from CSC takes forever. Btw. we managed to change the embassy at the NVC after constant calling and begging. They said it should be sent out this week!

I posted this question on another thread regarding NOA2 to NVC, just repeating it here too:

Has anyone who is waiting that long to reach NVC tried to contact your congressmen regarding that ridiculous wait. It just insane. No verification, no decision that needs to be made, just simply sitting in a mail room and waits to be shipped. May be congressional inquiry on each personal case can move it finally out?

I'm sorry for those who have been waiting to hear something from NVC for many days now. I wonder why it takes so long for cases filed at CSC to get sent out to their embassies while those cases filed at VSC get sent out in 1 to 5 days...if I'm not mistaken. I know it's not fair. I wish you all hear something from NVC soon... God bless

All of you people became part of my life and were here with me everyday, sharing emotions, thoughts and giving each other support!!!! And that's not easy no find. This thread is part of my daily life.....it brings my hopes up....sometimes it makes me feel a little bit sad cause I don't see any action but hey! when this is over and when we all get our @sses or SO's asses to the US, I still wanna be in touch with all of you and instead of sharing together our complains, sadness or frustration about the waiting, we'll be posting funny moments that we have with our SO's like oh.....my fiancee(e) can't stop snoring! or he/she likes zapping....I don't...or he/she uses clean towels everyday to shower....hahahah! You know what I mean......

So once again, I'm not going nowhere!!!!! But that's just me you know

No Mirla it's like this:

A couple has a dog that snores. Annoyed because she can't sleep, the wife goes to the vet to see if she can help. The vet tells the woman to tie a ribbon around the dog's Privates and he will stop snoring. "Yeah, right," she says.

A few minutes after going to bed, the dog begins snoring as usual. The wife tosses and turns, unable to sleep. Muttering to herself, she goes to the closet and grabs a piece of ribbon and ties it carefully around the dog's privates. Sure enough, the dog stops snoring. The woman is amazed!

Later that night, her husband returns home drunk from being out with his buddies. He climbs into bed, falls asleep, and begins snoring loudly. The woman thinks maybe the ribbon will work on him. So she goes to the closet again, grabs a piece of ribbon, and carefully ties it around her husband's privates. Amazingly, it also works on him! The woman sleeps soundly.

The next morning, the husband wakes up hung over. He stumbles into the bathroom. As he stands in front of the toilet, he glances in the mirror and sees a blue ribbon attached to his privates. He is very confused, and as he walks back into the bedroom, he sees a red ribbon attached to his dog's privates. He shakes his head and looks at the dog and says, "Boy, I don't remember where we were or what we did, but, it look like we got first and second place." hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got approved on the Oct. 11th, our case was sent to the embassy on the 19th so I'm expecting an interview in December...

after 4 mos. we were approved . we received an email from uscis that our petition were approved..i was wondering if were gonna receive all the documents that my fiance sent? and does he really needs to send all the letters that i sent for my interview. Hou much is the fees?

No, you're not gonna receive the I-129F packet that your fiance sent to the USCIS. After approval, they will then send it to NVC who assigns your case number and they will be the one to forward your case to the Embassy. Your fiance should expect the NOA2 hardcopy and the letter from NVC in a few days... Tell your fiance to call the NVC to know your case number and other info. 603 334-0700

My fiance just called NVC to asked if they already received our case. Then this guy started giving him infos like our case number and that the case has been forwarded to the embassy today!!! My fiance asked him if he could give him the medical and interview appointment schedules and he said to call the Visa Center in Washington DC for that matter! My fiance's gonna call there in a few minutes but I think I can check for it online. we're so happy!!! we can't wait to be together soon!

Someone's gonna have to share this with Byron, I know he'll do it the second he sees it.
