No, you instead have 1 year from the priority date becoming current to file either DS-260, I-485, or I-824. Once you file either of those your age is permanently frozen.

Note however that there things that can still kill or downgrade the petition:
    1. If this is F2A or F2B, or a derivative application you marrying would kill the petition.
    2. If this is a F2A, your parent sponsor naturalizing would downgrade you to F1 because your age at time of your parent's naturalization takes precedence over the normal CSPA age.

The requirement is to SEEK to acquire, all this means is that you have to formally do something to show them that you want the visa. It is out of your control when the actual interview is and they do not penalize you for that. From the uscis website (note that any one of the listed requirements is sufficient)
    https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/child-status-protection-act-cspa

    Sought to Acquire Requirement
In order to benefit from CSPA as a family preference (including VAWA), employment-based preference, or DV applicant, you must seek to acquire lawful permanent resident status within 1 year of a visa becoming available to you. This is referred to as the “sought to acquire” requirement.
You may satisfy this requirement by:
Properly filing a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status; or Submitting a completed Part 1 of Form DS-260, Immigrant Visa Electronic Application; Paying the immigrant visa fee to the Department of State; Paying the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) review fee to the Department of State (provided the applicant is listed on the Affidavit of Support); or Having a Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, properly filed on your behalf.

You are getting mixed information and not understanding it properly

the age of a child of US citizen is always frozen at the date of filing petition - end of story - they can never age out

the CSPA age of a child of a green card holder is frozen at the date a visa is available: this is the date that the priority date is current, or the petition  is approved, whichever is later. F2A is not always current but it has been the past few years. So if F2A is current, a visa becomes available when the petition is approved, and this is the date the CSPA age becomes frozen. Because the time taken to approve the petition is then subtracted to calculate the CSPA age, the CSPA age ends up being the same as the date the petition was filed IF F2A was current all along. The age is frozen as long as you seek to acquire a visa (filling in the DS260 is sufficient for this) within one year of visa availability. So for you, the date your i130 was approved by USCIS is the date of visa availability. You obviously submitted a DS60. Your age is frozen  regardless when you interview.  A green card holder's child or derivative of family member can age out in some circumstances , these being the circumstances  where the wait for the priority date to be current takes long enough to cancel out the CSPA benefit. This is not applicable to your case. The date of determining whether or not you age out is the date a visa is available. It does not change after that.

You are working on the wrong assumption. It is not a moving target, you don’t keep subtracting the processing time continuously.  If your priority date became current and you submitted a ds260 within one year of that date, your CSPA age froze on the date a visa became available.  It doesn’t matter when you interview.

Thats good ,  make sure the Lab sends the test result on time. keep an  eye on them, and be active when filling the forms you may be wondering why i am so cautious well i am telling you from first hand experience, we missed to mark the check box about the race on the form and that lead us  sending the RFE response 15 days late we missed the deadline that we were given from USCIS 84 days  , and don't forget about the tracking number of fedex.

The petitioner must initiate the process , the petitioner in USA needs to go to AABB lab facility , once the lab takes the petitioners test and pay the fee then the lab sends the sample collection kit to in your case its India US embassy in India, the US embassy will contact you and will schedule an appointment to take the applicants DNA . then the embassy ship it back to the lab here in USA. you don't need to do anything just find a good trusted AABB DNA center lab in the US, and the rest they will do.. But please be very careful when filling the forms Do not make any mistake. and keep contact with the lab . and make sure they do send your DNA result to the USCIS once its completed ,they will also provide you with the tracking number. all the best.
