    Yeah the idea is that he visits his mom, she is 85 years old, and she is unable to travel to visit him anymore.... so I think its better for him to get tourist visa, so he can come and visit and go back.

    why decades? My grandma is a us citizen... Once my uncle gets his green card, he has to wait 5 years to become us citizen right?

    My grandma is petitioning my uncle.... who is her child.... my uncle has two kids over 21.... I just wanted to know if once my grandma submits the petition can they be added as my uncle children over 21

    thank you for replying back... so I was going through the guides.... and they say that if you are requesting a child over 21 that has kids over 21 they can be added to the petition....

    Good morning everyone... what form do I need to fill out to bring my son to the USA? my son is over 21. He has two sons that arr also over 21.... can they be added to the petition? and if is he is married can his wife be added too?

    ok so he got his GC on Sept 14, 2020.... so he can apply July 2023

    his conditional GC expired last year on 09/14/22.... we submitted 09/02/23..... we got the 48 months extension letter... when is he allowed to apply for N400? now? or SEpt?? I am confused.... we got married 09/13/2019 N400 is base on years being married to US citizen? or years being a Resident? ?

    my husband and i have been married for over 3 years.... he can submit N400 by July of this year.... but his ROC still in the eternal waiting line at Potomac.... by Sept we will be at 4 years of marriage... should we apply after our 4 year anniversary?
