    i have another question... so my friend in Cuba was petitioned by her father since 07/2017.... its been 6 years and the case is stuck in NVC.... what can we do to get unstucked?

    well that is true, but I was just concerned because that is one of the questions in the form....

    in the application they ask for green card number, which my friend does not have yet....

    Good morning everyone.... I truly need your help. I have a friend, who came from Cuba, he already did his finger prints, has drivers licence and restricted social security, he wants to apply for work permit, anyone knows what is the process that he needsto follow? and how to go about it? thank you all

    so let me get this clear.... some of us are still waiting for fingerprint?

    I think he will be eligible to submit application in June of this year... since he became a US resident in 09/14/20

    they have been listed in every paper work he has done... since K1 visa, his kids have been motioned in his applications.... from K1 to AOS to ROC.... it is a must you mention your kids and let USCIS you have kids

    Yes he did list his children when applying for green card.... but the kids live in Colombia

    did you get the extension letter? do we need the stamp? how do we do that?

    i have made about 4 inquiry and nothing yet....

    i have another question... my husband has two under minor children in Colombia... can he claim them while doing his N400?

    my husband came to the US with a K1, got married in 09/13/2019. Green card 09/14/2020.

    if she/he have been married to US citizen for over 3 years, don`t have to wait for 5 year....

    when are we allowed to apply for N400? being married since sept 2019, this Sept will be 4 years of marriage.

    No updates on my case, no address change update, no finger prints.... nothing... don`t know what to do anymore

    I have not heard anything either.... no address change or biometrics.... I am soooo worried

    good morning, submitted address change 3 times nothing has happened yet... submitted inquiry nothing.... called USCIS and they said an officer would return my call and that was 2 weeks ago... nothing... no biometrics no updates on our case yet

    I did not move out of the state, I moved within my city...

    third time I had to submit an address change... no one seems to be working on that at USCIS its been 2 months already since I requested the address change... and no biometrics either
