  1. Thanks Stephen+Elisha and Majid Anna, I really appreciate your help. Now to my next question do I also send copies of my W2s or the Transcripts covers that and right now i don't really have much money in my account and i don't own any property now so will a letter from my employers just suffice? Thanks again.

Although I believe the official transcript is enough, personally I would send the W2s... a letter from the employer also doesnt hurt, bank statements, even with a small amount on deposit I would also send... give them NO reason to deny the visa!! :) but that is just my opinion

    W-2s are a good idea.

Another good idea is to visit the consulate's web page to find out what kind of evidence they like to see. Keep in mind that tax returns and W-2s reflect past income; while they are a good indicator of your sustained earning ability over time, they do not necessarily provide evidence of current income. For that, pay stubs (6 months' worth is a good rule of thumb) and a letter from your employer are very useful.

Thank you so much, do you think i should just print out my bank statements and attach or ask the bank for one? Thanks.

  5. Hello Everyone, I got my NOA2 today, came back from work last night too tired to turn the computer to check mails so i checked this morning and lo and behold a CRIS email, i opened it expecting an RFE but got an approval. Thank you all so much for all your encouragement and for those still waiting, yours is on the way. So what should I do next? Arabella, yours is coming this week. Remain blessed.

  6. Thanks so much, this waiting period have been the most tiring period of my life, can't wait till it's over, i did go to Igor's list and currently I am 91 and I do understand that my SO's country is a harder one but i don't think God has created anyone He cannot handle and USCIS and CO from the American Embassy in Nigeria or anywhere else will never be an exception. I hope things works out for Linda, she is such a sweet person and also for you, i appreciate all your encouraging words on this forum.

Congratulations to all march filers who have gotten approved so far, it seems they are just skipping over others or what do you think? I am getting worried now, is it time to get the congressman or senator involved? Sorry Linda, wish i could give you suggestions or advice but i am praying along with you for favor. Thanks everyone for making my day each time i read the posts. Hope to hear good news soon.

Evanscholly.... go to Igor's list and sort by ALL filers... like I said earlier it seems to me that adjudicators take a box off the shelf of maybe 20 or so files +plus the ones that are not members here on VJ and work that box is some order. To me that is why the approvals are grouped the way they are. So, no, I dont think you have to get your congressman involved yet... but this is just the way I see the data... Just a little more patience... thats all... (that said... your SOs country is a harder one, if I remember correctly.)

    Linda, see your PM

    Richard
