  1. hi alexandra8886 and other CSC March Filer, we filed Late March and got our NOA1 April 3rd, and June 3rd we rec email stating we got approved June 1st (NOA2), now waiting for NOA2 hardcopy.... from NOA1, took 59 days... sit back and relax, NOA2 is coming for everyone pretty soon :innocent:

OMG OMG OMG OMG  CONGRATS!! :jest:

I sure hope we April filers get our NOA2s really soon!! Yay!

  2. Woah woah woah...let's not go crazy here....I think waiting another 3-4 months is worst case scenario projection. We've already been waiting 2 months, I'd say Dakota's right with her guess of another month. Chin up girls! I have a feeling June is going to fly by and it's going to be a happy month for us. Besides, if I have to wait another 3-4 months for NOA2 I'm liable to go insane.

I know! June will be a good month for us, I can feel it. Judging by how many of the March filers have already gotten their NOA2s, it'll be our turn next!:jest:

Yes, Quinn's right, chin up! :D^_^

  3. oo, double post, sorry!

I know it's a little early for this, but with the rate of approvals for March filers......is anyone else compulsively checking the USCIS website everyday in the futile hope that we CSC filers will get lucky?

Oh my my my, you read my mind, Quinn! :D I was just gonna post that I'm so happy that CSC is churning out approvals for March filers already!!

And it's gonna be June real soon, so I really really hope it's gonna be our time soon!! :innocent::whistle:^_^

  4. Currently the California Service Center does have a backlog since accepting many I-130 petitions from embassies abroad since enacting the Adam Walsh act.

As of January 22, 2007, consular offices abroad were instructed to cease accepting certain immigrant visa petitions because consular officers lacked the means to perform the required criminal background checks on American citizen petitioners, as required by the Adam Walsh Act.

All lawful permanent residents, and American Citizens resident in the United States or with a permanent address in the United States, must file I-130 petitions at the USCIS Service Center having jurisdiction over their place of residence.

Apparently California Service Center is experiencing the brunt of this and as a result is really backed up.

Based on timeline data, my I-129f may be adjudicated as early as July 23, 2007. Which I think is about a month more than average.

So us CSC filers will be a bit behind. We will be the cheerleaders for those dirty rotten no good early NOA2 getting VSC filers HAHHAHA

Honestly I'm just kidding HAHA. I am very excited for those that are getting their NOA2's early. Just wanted to let everyone know why the CSC is so backedup this is according to Senator Levin's Office.

So patience..... Not much more we can do but wait. As much as it may be frustrating before we know it all of us April filers will be posting our wedding pictures. :):):)

Again a big congrats and a hearty cheers to everyone so far who has their NOA2's.

Awwwwwwww why can't they transfer some of the workload to VSC? :crying::unsure:

  5. I'm an April filer and...........

I GOT MY NAO2 TODAY!!!! @ 8:00:07 EDT I recieved 2 identical emails from CRIS stating that my application was approved!!!!

I can't tell you all how elated I am and I wish the very best to everyone else out there.

Oh my another April NOA2 from VSC! Congrats!!

How I wish we filed via VSC now... :innocent::whistle:
