    VieLu-  I am in the same situation.  Applied I-751 in Nov 2017 ( not approved), Applied N-400 in Nov 2018.  N-400 interview on June 28, 2019 in Philly office.  Did not anything about combo interview.  How you send email to USCIS?  Since I am not still out of processing time.

    if you are concerned about your case you need to call USCIS. And equest to have a call directed to a supervisor. Because perhaps Tier 1 is not able to completely resolve an inquiry, the call may be transferred to the Tier 2 level of live assistance to be answered by a USCIS officer. I did call that way 3 times in a month and it worked.

    Hi Dilip,

    They've emailed me since Apr it said that both cases N-400 and I-751 will be adjudicated at the same time. Last week I got an interview invitation letter from USCIS-MO. They didn't mention I-751 at all.

    in order to email USCIS, you need to create an account: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ or you can send an inquiry: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt

    or you can use either one of emails as below :

    California Service Center: csc-ncsc-followup@dhs.gov

    -Vermont Service Center: vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

    -Nebraska Service Center: ncscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov

    -Texas Service Center: tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

  3. Hi everyone, I've just talked to Tier 2 supervisor USCIS. She told me that both cases ( N-400 and I-751) will be resolved at the same time. But I am so confused with her answer because IDK what does " at the same time " mean? How long do I have to wait until it will be processed? The I-751 is currently outside normal processing time. It's been 20 months already.

    Which information is used to determine when the cases will be adjudicated " at the same time "?

    Has anyone ever had any experience like mine before?

    thanks

    I have I 751 interview coming up(and possible combo) and I know they will ask for this year's tax return.

    Does it matter if the tax has been filed as Married filled Separately or It looks better if its married filled jointly.

    Thanks

    For my understanding, in order to get approved, you must prove that the marriage is bona fide. You’ll need to submit several documents as evidence of your genuine marriage, and tax documents are critical. USCIS will review your tax returns (for any relevant years) to confirm that they were filed jointly. Submitting jointly filed tax returns is essential evidence to be included with the I-751 petition.

    It depends on your local office when interview for N400 can be scheduled.. Once N400 is scheduled for interview, that's the time when i751 will be adjudicated..

    I am still waiting and I applied July 2017 for I751 and June 2018 for N400 , I made a service request and they gave me the same answer, my local office processing time for N400 is 13.5 to 23 months.

    thank you, guys. I was told that I need to call them back next month to get new updates. Philly Office is processing N-400 and I-751 is being reviewed by Texas office.

  6. Hi all,

    My case is currently outside normal processing time. I just called in USCIS Contact Center. They said that both cases I-751 and N-400 will be adjudicated at the same time. But I was wondering what the answer is not quite straightforward because IDK how long do I need to wait until it gets processed at the same time?

    * I applied I-751 on Sep-2017

    * I also applied N-400 on Nov-2018

    They're both pending.

  8. Hi all,

    I just got an email from USCIS office in Texas. They said that both cases I-751 and N400 are pending and they will be adjudicated at the same time. But the point is I don't know how long do I have to wait? Because I filed N400 online and I have no idea which USCIS office is processing my case. Therefore, I'm not able to use the tool on USCIS website to check my case status processing time.

    So it's been 17 months for my I-751 and 4 months for N400. I still haven't gotten transfers indicating my app went to NBC or wherever.  Meanwhile out my 1810900XXX batch there are 336 applications with:

    Name was updated  ================== 1

    Case was received at my local office ===== 37

    Case trnsf'rd...new office...Jurisdiction==== 17

    Case rfe rqst maild/rspnse received====== 52

    (25/27)

    Approvals ========================== 229

    So im one of the 37 basically. As we already know those who didn't file N400 are the majority in the 229.

    Is anybody else on my boat?

    How many of you have had your status changed after you applied for N400?

    How many of you still have "local office"?

    Can we please hear from the longer waiting i-751? How many of us here are 20+ months?

    Does anybody have any idea when I should expect to get any kind of update whatsoever? I'd take anything at this point..a transfer, an rfe, combo interview..

    Y'all think it may extend into 2020? I was on the Dec 2017 N400 and a lot of them are still waiting.. :(

    i appreciate anyone who wanna chime in on this...any thoughts, ideas, concerns, criticism, comments, rebuttal, correction, advice...lol (I'm in need of some attention on this post basically) 😕

    Dave

    I think I have the same issues. My I-751 petition has submitted for 19 months but it's currently pending. While during the wait for I-751 gets approved I submitted N400 on Nov. 2018. But until now, there are no updates on both cases.

    For I-751, it was transferred to Texas on Dec. 2018

    For N400, it's being reviewed

    IDK there's something fishy going on?
