  1. My 10-year green card is being produced. It'll be mailed within couple days. N400 is till pending
  2. if you are concerned about your case you need to call USCIS. And equest to have a call directed to a supervisor. Because perhaps Tier 1 is not able to completely resolve an inquiry, the call may be transferred to the Tier 2 level of live assistance to be answered by a USCIS officer. I did call that way 3 times in a month and it worked.
  3. Hi Dilip, They've emailed me since Apr it said that both cases N-400 and I-751 will be adjudicated at the same time. Last week I got an interview invitation letter from USCIS-MO. They didn't mention I-751 at all. in order to email USCIS, you need to create an account: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ or you can send an inquiry: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt or you can use either one of emails as below : California Service Center: csc-ncsc-followup@dhs.gov -Vermont Service Center: vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov -Nebraska Service Center: ncscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov -Texas Service Center: tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov
  4. Hi all, USCIS just emailed me. They said that my I-751 and N-400 will be adjudicated at the same time and I have been scheduled for an interview in Jun-13 with Philly office. *apply I-751 in Sep-2017 *apply N-400 in Nov-2018
  5. my I-751 was transferred to Texas last year. and I didn't get any new updates. My local office is processing the N-400 is Philadelphia

  7. Hi everyone, I've just talked to Tier 2 supervisor USCIS. She told me that both cases ( N-400 and I-751) will be resolved at the same time. But I am so confused with her answer because IDK what does " at the same time " mean? How long do I have to wait until it will be processed? The I-751 is currently outside normal processing time. It's been 20 months already. Which information is used to determine when the cases will be adjudicated " at the same time "? Has anyone ever had any experience like mine before? thanks
  8. For my understanding, in order to get approved, you must prove that the marriage is bona fide. You’ll need to submit several documents as evidence of your genuine marriage, and tax documents are critical. USCIS will review your tax returns (for any relevant years) to confirm that they were filed jointly. Submitting jointly filed tax returns is essential evidence to be included with the I-751 petition.
  9. I just called in USCIS and I was told that the system has a problem they're not able to view my case details. Therefore, I need to give them a call back next week or they'll notify me when my case status changes. I always get frustrated when I talk to them.
  10. thank you, guys. I was told that I need to call them back next month to get new updates. Philly Office is processing N-400 and I-751 is being reviewed by Texas office.
  11. Hi all, My case is currently outside normal processing time. I just called in USCIS Contact Center. They said that both cases I-751 and N-400 will be adjudicated at the same time. But I was wondering what the answer is not quite straightforward because IDK how long do I need to wait until it gets processed at the same time? * I applied I-751 on Sep-2017 * I also applied N-400 on Nov-2018 They're both pending.
  12. Hi, I don't understand about the numbers in your timeline. Can you plz explain more details? thanks
